A weakness is Dalman and Lei have not been communicating to the fullest capacity due to Dalman spending a lot of time at all the locations to help managers resolve issues within their locations and Lei is consumed with financial matters of the company. The lack of communication has put a barrier between them to discuss and plan the future of Sandwich Blitz.
