Chapter 1: In the books you need a good Protagonist and Antagonist, and in The Haunting of Gabriel Ashe Dan Poblocki does a good job of showing what traits that have.
The protagonist is Gabe and the Antagonist is the two robber princes, Prince Wrathem and Prince Meatpie. The traits of Gabe are he is kinda mean because he only has one friend and he could also be shy because he only has one friend. The traits of the two robber princes are they like to use their imagination because in the beginning of the book (1-6) they were walking up a blood trail to save a doll with blood all over it.
As you can see Dan Poblocki made the Protagonist and Antagonist have good amounts of traits and he did a good job of choosing the Protagonist and Antagonist…show more content… Both the books are both alike in charters because in skeleton creek there is two protagonists and in this book the was also two protagonists and they both have one true antagonists. They also have to go through many changes throughout the book.
The theme in the book is don’t make decisions before you have good evidence, because in the end of the book Gade locked up the prince in a room and he was like that throughout the whole book.
Chapter 3: There are some symbols in this book with the woods because that is where they at most of the time, and that is where Gade starts to realize more about his problem.
The first symbol is the woods because that is where most of the plot happens in, it even where the two princes were runnings around in.It is even where the book started so the woods must be important to the author if he puts the woods in the book so many times that he did.The author put in this symbol because the characters spend most of their time in the woods.
Chapter 4: The topic of the book is fear because thought out the whole book you have to deal with suspense and being afraid of what will happen
