Headquarters in Dubai, one of the global cities, and the site for Expo 2020
Political stability in the region
Strong economy of country
Strong employee base
Due to their other product divisions, their operational cost for real estate infrastructure is reduced. Hence, they can provide their homes at a lower cost comparatively. more companies and individuals looked to set up in dubai due to the expo. Hence demand for real estate is very high. And if companies can get it cheaper, which Danube provides, they would readily go for it. With the expected huge number of expatriates and workers relocating to Dubai in the years leading to it, new residential projects have increased dramatically.
LOCATIONAL ADVANTAGE – Glitz @Studio City (24 kms) and Dreamz @Al Furjan (32 kms) from Expo2020 site=DWC
During EXPO, depending on the scale of it’s success, people from other countries (tourists or vacationers) would want to increasingly invest in Dubai real estate due to its status, number of tourist destinations and world class attractions (esp those that are being built are just awesome).
Since the materials for infrastructure will be primalrily theirs, they can commit to fininshing the projects in time, something that is sometimes rare(check later?) in the real estate market.
Feasible payment plan.

WEAKNESSES:
It is essentially a building materials company, not a real estate company. So people are skeptical about buying into Danube Real Estate.
Builders like Emaar and Nakheel are established in real estate, have more trust and customer base, better locations (close to expo site or other major city landmarks); hence they are more likely to have people invest in them even though the price is higher than Danube’s. They just entered the
