I am in favor of Darris argument during this debate. Darris spoke about representation which he stated, “If we don't have a random sampling, we won't have proper representation. It's the finest example of democracy” (Darris, 2015,). I believe Darris was referring to random sampling as taking individuals from different races, cultures, and religion. In order to have proper representation or democracy in the United States, we must allow everyone equal opportunities. This way everyone can contributed to due process and be part of the United States. Another valid point Darris spoke about was that jurors did not need to know the law to the fullest extent. “The jury does not at all need to know the law. That's what the judge and lawyers are for.
