Rebuttal Paper This article is great to read and reminisce rationally what should be done with the younger brother who is now in custody. We need to remember that controversy of what needs to be done with him and who needs to be in charge of interrogating and prosecuting him is very crucial for the judicial process. Credibility of source
This article is very trusted and has great sources and great insight to the happenings of the court system and who is rendered as what, throughout the terrorist title, and who comes in this country and does these acts and who is a citizen and completes these acts, etc. It is also a .org site which leads me to believe it is great information and trustworthy right away. The ACLJ engages legal, legislative, and cultural issues by implementing an effective strategy of advocacy, education, and litigation that includes representing clients before the Supreme Court of the United States and international tribunals around the globe. They also work with dozens of countries worldwide. This is a valid and credible site for many readers to find good solid backup and references to be cross checked to see that the person in fact knows exactly what they are talking about. The Controversy
I was drawn to this topic almost instantly because of the controversy of how people might want to sentence the man to the death penalty by lethal injection, or tortured, etc. These are individuals who are letting their emotions get the better of them and are turning into the monster they want to kill. We are civil individuals and need to remain calm and entrust our judicial system to bring down the punishment the individual is going to get.
Fair Justice
We also need to remember that 2 brothers did this, not just one. We should not consider him an unlawful enemy combatant,

The research included defining the population from which the samples were collected. When it comes to the population and the different samples collected, the main goal is to focus on customers and provide outstanding services by conducting customer interviews, and surveys including group interviews of all ages. There are several methods that have taken place concerning collecting samples. The individual interviews we have collected were samples by applying surveys, from face to face interviews, in-store feedback, and telephone surveys. These surveys and interviews are conducted on a daily basis. These surveys are taking place in order to better our business when it comes to Ace cable. (Cite the textbook) Paragraph 3: Describe a different data collection method used in another study. (Be sure to cite the article which must be from one of AIU’s full-text databases) Paragraph 4: Again, using the knowledge you learned from the textbook, discuss the pros and cons of the data collection method. (Cite the textbook) In this discussion I will give a brief summary on two types of data collection methods and give examples of pros and cons for each method. OBSERVATIONAL STUDY Observational study is a method of data collection that involves a process of watching any given type of situation and recording the data that is observed. Depending on how and what data is being observed depends on the type of tool the researcher will want to use in order to collect their information. The researcher conducting this type of study is a passive observer and does not tamper in any way with the variable of interest or any factors that may affect it. When recording observation data, you have to remember that...

People were in need of larger vehicles to accommodate their entire family. This was not just for domestic vehicles this also included foreign vehicle. With so many people interested in purchasing the SUV’s, this led to other car companies designing more comfortable, larger vehicles. Another peer-reviewed article was in regards to the searching strategies people used before actually purchasing a new vehicle. Not everyone can walk into a dealership and know exactly what they are looking for in their price range and it is readily available. That is why most people before purchasing a vehicle use a strategy before purchasing. Not everyone’s search strategies are the same, not everyone is looking for the exact type of vehicle. Some automobile companies sent out surveys to some of their customers for a 3 month span to see how satisfied they were with the new vehicles and what the new vehicle may not have had that the consumer would have liked. When the surveys were returned they categorized the responses to see where improvements could be made to accommodate more people. Data Collection

...3RAI Activity 1 It is essential that organisations collect HR and learning and development data. By collecting it on a company’s workforce, HR departments are able to analyse the data and take action to benefit the whole organisation. Reasons why organisation collect data: * Organisations collect data to evaluate performance. Organisational performance is linked to the Quality of people that an organisation employs and what they do at work. You can have the best equipment and the best up-to-date processes, but if you don’t have the right number of people, who knows their job and are performing well at work, the organisation will not function properly. * Legal requirements. To prove that all the employees is eligible to work in UK. To prove that the organisation is hiring at an equal opportunity standard. Also, to manage employees payroll. Types of data to be collected * Labour turnover. Organisations collect this data to count and analyse the percentage of staff that leaves in a year. If the figure you get is quite big, then, clearly something is not right. Decisions has to be made and actions has to be taken. * Exit interview information. I believe it is quite useful and important to do understand why people are leaving. * Staff contact details. To ensure HR department or/and line manager can get in touch with the employee.
