I find myself being more of the presenter, the one that talks the most. Presenting is the area where my strengths are showcased. I’m pretty open on the material or conclusions that my team agrees upon, I just need to why they feel the way the feel and within a debate I have the ability to protect my teams statements and conclusions. I usually do not initiate the project unless time is passing and no one is stepping up. Throughout the project if we get stuck in a certain area, I will move us forward so that we will complete the project. Many times when you are stuck and you move on, steps down the line usually always helps with the part that you were stuck on. If you happen to complete the project and was not able to figure out one specific area, you will be better off finishing the whole project rather than spending all of your time focusing on one area or issue.

I do enjoy working with others, whether we are working on one signal project individually or together. I find other people’s opinions, way of thinking and styles very interesting. I always want to hear what others have to say because I may get an idea for something, see something from a different angle or learn something new.
