Decisions in Paradise, Part 1
In the great area of paradise located in the South Pacific called Kava is a great place but is in an area of disasters threats. Kava’s Disasters has a great and important impact on all the business that has tried to maintain in Kava. The disasters that have affected Kava are Floods, Typhoon, Hurricanes, and Earthquakes. Kava has an Ethnic mix of indigenous South Pacific tribes, Asian, African, Spanish and a large size of Americans. The languages spoken in Kava are English, Spanish, and French and the religions are divided half Christian, Buddhist and Islamic. Therefore, the Hyatt Corporation has found it is going to be very challenging to be successfully but it can be done by way of using organizations such as Governmental services including military and businesses of Kava.
Nik and Alex first decided that they would join together and evaluate that Hyatt Corporation is going the start with human resources that will hire some people to man the front desk so that Nik and Alex can focus on getting the hotel out of trouble and on the map for guest to enjoy and begin to be productive. The human resource department should make sure they hire people with great people skills and great customer service. Meaning people who smile and greet the guest all the time and always smiling.
This is going to take great organizing and brainstorming using logical and persuasion styles of thinking.
Logical Thinking is the first process of Nik and Alex’s great adventure in Kava. They will first write out what they each think they need to do be success and then they will debate with each other to see what they were they want the begin on this great adventure to make this work. Next they will put together a plan on how using persuasion thinking will help them to influence people to have an interest in the Hyatt Corporation. They will repair and rebuild the buildings and improve the uniforms of the employees and decorate the hotel so they can make the hotel presentable to attract companies to use for meetings and their employees to stay when visiting the area. They will offer great discount to accommodate the area being out of order for a while until they can put everything in some type of order that will fit the environment.
The Stakeholders of the Hyatt Corporation have a great sense of trust in Nik and Alex to use their critical thinking skills to turn this company back around for the good of their investment. The plan that they should create should fit into the complex environment. The problems of Kava are not very easy to figure out. They first need to work on the flaw and then work on the good of the company being in Kava. By working on all the flaws first will help get the things that are very complexes out of the way first. Things like getting with the locate resources to get all the help with the devastation that affects the business in more than many ways. Nik and Alex need to identify the problem at hand and define what the objectives that they are up against. Set good goals and evaluate the best way to meet the goals and be able to serve the community.
Nik and Alex have worked together to the best of both of their abilities by becoming friends, co-workers, manager and supervisor, until they came to a decision that has stroke both of them that they are in the right position to put thing in motion. Therefore they have when in motion with the great plans of both of them. Hoping everything is going to go as planned such as their process of making decision to begin this great creation of Kava.
