Decision in Paradise In the last two presentations the discussion of the growth of Wal-Mart on the island of Kava has shown many issues facing the location of the organization. The presentations identified the problems and alternative solutions to help the growth of the organization to become successful. As the launch continues identifying the rational and plans for proposed solutions to ensure the strength of the organizations existence on Kava. Determined the factors affecting implemented decisions and proposed solutions, evaluate resources and actions to implement the solutions, and last evaluate the ethical implications of the solutions from stakeholder’s perspectives. “Wal-Mart’s mission is to help individuals save money so they can live better” (Wal-Martstores.com, 2010). With this mission statement believing the decision and solution developed will bring the community and the organization together for a better way of life on Kava. The factors affecting implementation and the proposed solutions the organization first needs to gain acceptance from the key organizations on the island. Gaining open lines of communication with the islanders will help with decisions and strategies, which will help with the implementation of the program. As an organization who is concern with the environment helping to implement cleanup efforts will help strength ties with the community. An area wide cleanup should start immediately. This will build morale, show loyalty, and show our commitment to the community. Because some of the circumstances are out of our control it will be highly advise to bring in outside contractors to develop plans to improve structures and buildings on the island. Wal-Mart organization could use the benefits of Kavas variety of products
