When I think of marketing, I think of trying to get a product out to the consumer with many interesting topics about it. This is what appeals to me when a new product is offered. What is the product about, what does it look like and what the product actually does. According to "Marketing" (n.d.), “The management process through which goods and services move from concept to the customer. As a practice, it consists in coordination of four elements called 4P's: (1) identification, selection, and development of a product, (2) determination of its price, (3) selection of a distribution channel to reach the customer's place, and (4) development and implementation of a promotional strategy” (definition).
Marketing is not also just about putting the product out on billboards and promoting the product in different areas for consumers. Marketing starts with market research, a learning process in which marketers get to know everything they can about the needs and wants of consumers, and it ends when somebody buys something. Many companies feel that services provided to customers after the purchase also are an important part of marketing. All of these enterprises -- production, advertising, transportation, processing, packaging, and selling -- are included in the marketing process ("What Is Marketing?", n.d.).

The success of your organization depends a lot on all the different aspects of marketing. Even packaging and delivering can be a huge part of the marketing world. Targeting the needs of the consumer can work really into a business’s favor. Delivering products have become a major plus to a business. When you do not have to lift a finger, and the product is delivered it seems like a luxury to the customer. On the other hand packaging the product is also good. From the way it opens to how the product inside the box is protected.
