1. Ya. Program Loyalitas CDW memberikan perusahaan tersebut keunggulan kompetitif. Kepuasan pelanggan adalah hal yang bagus aka tetapi loyalita pelanggan bahkan lebih bagus lagi. Seorang pelanggan yang loyal, dilain pihak ingin melakukan bisnis kembali dan akan merekomondasikan perusahaan kita pada orang lain. Produk perusahaan dapat digunakan untuk menilai loyalitas dan korelasinya sangat tipis. Program loyalitas bisnis dengan analisis cangih untuk menghasilkan hasil – hasil yang dapat ditindaklanjuti. Jadi TI harus mengambil peran besar dalam loyalitas. Dalam hal ini Program Loyalitas CDW memberi perusahaan tersebut keunggulan kompetitif.
