I am writing to express my interest in the Client Services Analyst position. My desire is to obtain a full-time permanent position as an active member of an organization where my experience will bring value while growing within the company. In addition to just having completed course work in business and human resources I believe that the combination of my continued higher education and my work experience would make me a good candidate for this position. I currently take part in manager and employee training on processes and procedures as well as client face on a daily basis. In June I will be graduating with my MBA with a concentration in Human Resources. In 2010 I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and decided to continue my career in the business sector. My undergraduate degree gives me a strong background in the understanding of human behavior, which has assisted in all my previous positions as I believe it will continue to in the future. I believe that the selection decisions are amongst the most important of all decisions that have to be made because they are a prerequisite to the development of an effective workforce. In addition to my college education, I have acquired various experiences in diverse working environments with a strong focus on recruitment. In addition I have served in a variety of customer service capacities, provided technical support, and have managed several database systems with ease. I am used to a fast paced environment and welcome the chance to be a part of a positive and supportive team. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this position further.
