Dennis Lynn Radar is classified as a serial killer, he committed murders between 1974 to 1991. He was arrested on February 25, 2005 for the murder of 10 people in Sedgwick County, Kansas, located around Wichita area. He seemed like your average person, he was married and the father of two. He lived a normal life. Dennis were the oldest of his four siblings, also college educated. He married his wife Paula in 1971, worked for ADT Security Services. He also served in the U.S. Air Force. While giving his testimony in court spectators noted that he didn’t show any signs of remorse or emotions while describing his gruesome behavior. The only reason Dennis Radar didn’t get the death penalty was because he committed his crimes before the states 1994 reinstatement of the death penalty. He was sentenced to serve 10 life sentences in Kansas. In 2014 Dennis finally broke his silence, he made a statement stating saying that "I can never replace their love ones, my deeds too 'dark' to understand, the book or movies, etc. is the only way to help them.” He signed away his media rights to the victims' family in a court settlement signed after he went to the El Dorado Correctional Facility. He cannot profit from any product that he produces about his crimes, but the settlement does not bar him from working on the book involving the families. His wife Paula divorced him shortly after his arrest, and his daughter Kerri Rader Rawson has never visited him in prison, although they recently started exchanging letters again.
