During 1791-1804 was the Haitian revolution it was largest and most successful slave rebellion. In This revolution I feel like the slaves had to go through a lot and it took more then 1 to build up the confidence and say this is enough to rebel. I liked how the slaves came together as 1 in 1791 in armed rebellion seeking freedom for their leaders , additional free days during the week and abolition of the whip as punishment. I believe that in 1799 it was unnecserey for Napoleon Bonaparte to overthrow the french directory because it ended the anti-slave principles we had.
