Report accident of the insured item to report an incident, the customer shall provide the following informations: 1. Which insured item is concerned 2. What Happened ? 3. Where ? 4. Why ? 5. Who is responsible for the accident ? 6. Contact informations from the responsible 7. A Picture of the item after the accident * then reimbursement procedure is engaged 6. Withdraw insurance from insured item without any restriction from the app 7. Inform customers of new insurance packages some kind of promotional stuff 8. Process payments in the app 9. Communication with StuffHappens support The phone number of the support will be displayed in the app 10. Customers shall receive notifications before each subscribed insurrance is over
Problems with requirements 1. Make requests for policies. Should we really make your customers make a request to see terms and conditions ? It should be way easier to display them in a special tab like "about us" or something.
