Chad attended his annual check-up with the family care provider that he has seen for many years. He has always felt fine and thought he was as healthy as can be. While Chad was with his family care provider, he was told that his cholesterol levels were high, that he has high blood pressure, and that he has an increased chance of experiencing a myocardial infarction, also known as a heart attack.
