There are also lots of other websites where you can can read about other products and compare them to Apple products, you can find these through Google or any other search engine. The main reason customers will compare providers is so that they get the best possible deal and is worth every penny they spend so Apple must step up to to consider this and not to be beaten by the competition. Comprehensive and up to date information is really important when speaking about business. Apple must consider keeping their products information up to date because this will be the key to enticing customers in to buying their products. All companies will ensure that all informations give and displayed is comprehensive and is kept up to date for example Next (www.next.com) the reason why I chose next is because simply to other companies Next has a lot of competition meaning the more sales sold means a higher profit which is the key to a successful business. Even the smallest of product information changed should be noted so that the customer can be aware of this because the customer will then make the decision will they buy it or not. Product information should be taken into real consideration because if Next change the price to much especially is they increase it this can put the customer off purchasing the product. ...accounting a balance sheet is a summary of the financial balance of a sole proprietorship, a business partnership, a corporation or other business organisations such as an LLC or an LLP. Assets, liabilities and ownership equity are listed as of a specific date, such as the end of its financial year. A balance sheet is often described as a snapshot of a company’s financial condition, the balance sheet is the only statement which applies to a single point in time of a business. A standard balance sheet has three main parts: • Assets • Liabilities • Ownership equity/stockholder equity The main categories of assets are usually listed first, and typically in order of liquidity. Assets are then followed by the liabilities. The difference between the assets and liabilities is known as equity or the net assets or the net worth or capital of the company and according to the counting equation, net worth must equal assets minus liabilities. A balance sheet is typically used to detail the balance of income and expenditure over the preceding period. Therefore they are needed in organisation like Apple because it allows the organisation to easily determine the amount of the company’s working capital and whether the company is highly leveraged. Assets are basically things that the organisation owns, liabilities are debts that the business owes and finally equity is the amount invested in the business usually by...

Elections were uncontested and all candidates were Communist. o In the USA business was privately owned, but in the USSR all business and industry were owned by the state. o In the USA there were great differences between the rich and poor. In the USSR there were tight controls on the amount of money that individuals could own. o Both the USA and USSR believed that other countries should be run in the same way that theirs was. o Many people in each country were strongly against the beliefs of the other. • It is important to realise that the differences in beliefs between the two countries alone did not cause the Cold War. The two countries had even been allies during World War Two. However, the USA had learned from the experience of the Second World War that they should not give in to the demands of dictators. Any action that was perceived as a threat of the spread of Communism would bring a reaction from the USA. The Yalta Conference • This was held in February 1945, before the end of the Second World War, when it was clear that Germany was losing the war in Europe. It was held at Yalta in the Ukraine. • The three main figures at the Conference...

If the employees are trained and recruited correctly, it would show that the business is successfully operating. Job advert A job advert can be seen on television, an announcement in a newspaper or on a poster about a post of employment, in this case, Asda created a poster, this is a great of attracting candidates and helps define the duties the new staff member will be responsible for, previous experience and skills they will need and what level of authority they will hold. By providing job advertisement on posters, reduces the time companies spend interviewing unsuitable candidates by making sure their precise when explaining the job requirements. For example in the job advert, they are looking for someone with a “warm, friendly and approachable personality”, this would go under personal skill because it is a skill that can only come from the applicants characteristics, Asda then mentions “giving it your all and keeping s friendly face while being rushed on your feet” by extending and hinting the fact that when doing this job you would constantly be up on your feet, narrows...

Marketing techniques are tools used to ensure businesses reach their marketing objectives in the most efficient yet profitable manner. Both businesses are similar considering that they must ensure they stay profitable, for example it is crucial that both businesses stay up to date with advances in technology, a form of product development.
