Purpose: To execute a 360 Leadership Assessment, analyze the data and apply the results to a Leadership Self-Development Plan

Process: 1. Search through the various 360 assessments posted on our discussion board. Choose one to use, knowing that you will need to include a one page justification for why you chose the one you did. Identify a “superior”, two peers and a “subordinate” to fill out the assessment. These should be people that are familiar with the material so that they can give you a candid assessment. Art can NOT be one of the assessors. Prepare assessments for your sources, explain the assignment to them and ask them to fill it out, comparing you to people in like situations (such as a Senior business student, an accounting intern etc.). Emphasize that this is for improvement so rating you in a candid way is vital for your development. Fill out one for yourself. Take the data and create a summary sheet, noting the source range and the average for each item and compare the averages to your own ratings. Include this data summary sheet in your final materials turned in. Analyze the data and draw conclusions about the areas where you need the most work. List the top 5. Using this top 5, identify a plan of action that specifies how you will develop in these areas over the next calendar year. The plan should include what good calendared POAs include…Remember the 4ps.
