On this date worker made an unannounced visit to the residence of Mr. John Smith, for the purpose of assessing his need for services and first victim contact. When worker arrived, Jenny Shear a female friend of Mr. Smith greeted worker. Worker introduced herself and asked to speak with Mr. Smith. Ms. Shear yelled for Mr. Smith and he exited an older model camper trailer. The trailer was missing windows and appeared to leak. The inside of the trailer was dirty, smelled, and had rotten food on the counter, in the floor, and outside in the doorway. Mr. Smith was lying on the bed/couch bedside the door. Past the door entranceway, the floor was not visible due to garbage.

Smith, Jenny Shear, and Mr. Allison lives part-time at Mr. Smith's residence. Ms. Shear lives in Mr. Smith's old home located in front of the camper trailer. Mr. Allison also stays there occasionally and Mr. Smith lives in the camper trailer. Apparently one night Mr. Allison got into an altercation with Ms. Shear and Mr. Smith. During the altercation, Mr. Allison choked Mr. Smith until he blacked out. When he came to Mr. Allison was getting into Mr. Smith's car and while the car was in Mr. Allison wreaked the car.
According to Mr. Smith, everything would be fine if Mr. Allison left him and Ms. Shear alone. Mr. Smith stated he has called the police out to the residence multiply times but when they arrive Mr. Allison is no longer at the residence and according to the police they are not able to do anything unless he is causing a problem when they arrive.
This is the second report on Mr. Smith. During last report, Mr. Smith was living in a clean FEMA trailer. According to Mr. Smith, the FEMA trailer burned down due to faulty wiring. Someone he knew had the camper he currently lives in and told him they would have it moved to Mr. Smith's land if he agreed to pay 400.00 rent each month.
