In their research, they identified that age and obesity is an issue that companies are violating. “Age discrimination in employment Act 1967.” (ADEA) (B. Mishra & J. Mishra, 2015). The ADEA protects the employees that are in a company with 20 or more members with the minimum of 40 years or older, but it does not protect the obesity members.
