Basing on our research and the analysis of the research data, Japan would be a better choice between these three countries for our product-frozen yogurt. There are several reasons that why we choose Japan as our target market. First of all, Japan has the largest population. Another understanding of large population could be a large potential market for our product. On the other hand, since the GDP in Japan and German is not a big different, the per capital income in Japan is higher than German and Argentina. That means the purchasing power in Japan is higher. Secondly, the weather would have a big impact on our product because it is a frozen product. So it is not a good choice to sell our product in these three countries during winter season. But in summer, Japan is the hottest country. Also it is easy to ship our product or machine to Japan because there are lots of shipping line and air line between Japan and Canada, so Japan will be our target market in summer. Thirdly, selling our product in Japan will be more effetely because Japanese are more focus on healthy and active lifestyle of all ages. The structure of spending and spending priorities in Japan are health food and the sequence would be after those basic necessities of life. That is another reason for Japan will be our target market. Through the comparative between per capital income, weather, potential market, transportation system and so on. Japan has greater chance for our product, so Japan will be the promising market for our product.
