I have gotten the opportunity to know my coworkers on a personal level at my present place of employment. We have such a great amount of diversity here at Hood yet we don't genuinely grasp it. It is decent to have more gatherings. So we can cooperate with each other outside of work. Be that as it may, not the greater part of my employments has been as broadened as this one may be. My last position we had all ladies, Caucasian and Asian. The manager did not treat every one of us equal and constantly made remarks that did not make me feel simple or agreeable in the workplace. As though she was superior to us since she was a director and constantly disparaged us as workers. I wish I knew then what I know now about diversity and how to embrace it; I would've recommended a few social gatherings or get-together that united every one of us more to show signs of improvement comprehension of our backgrounds.
