...The Final Quest by Rick Joyner The Hordes of Hell Are Marching (Taken from "The Morning Star," Vol. 5, Nos 2-4, by Rick Joyner) The Evil Army I saw a demonic army so large that it stretched as far as I could see. It was separated into divisions, with each carrying a different banner. The foremost and most powerful divisions were Pride, Self righteousness, Respectability, Selfish Ambition, and Unrighteous Judgment, but the largest of all was Jealousy. The leader of this vast army was the Accuser of the Brethren himself. I knew that there were many more evil divisions beyond my scope of vision, but these were the vanguard of this terrible horde from hell that was now being released against the church. The weapons carried buy this horde had names on them: the swords were named Intimidation; the spears were named Treachery; and their arrows were named Accusations, Gossip, Slander and Faultfinding. Scouts and smaller companies of demons with such names as Rejection, Bitterness, Impatience, Un-forgiveness and Lust were sent in advance of this army to prepare for the main attack. I knew in my heart that the church had never faced anything like this before. The main assignment of this army was to cause division. It was sent to attack every level of relationship-churches with each other, congregations with their pastors, husbands and wives, children and parents, and even children with each other. The scouts were sent to locate the openings in churches, families or individuals that rejection...

...The Moose and the Sparrow Hugh Garner From the very beginning Moose Maddon picked on him. The kid was bait for all of Maddon's cruel practical jokes around the camp. He was sent back to the tool-house for left-handed saws, and down to the office to ask the pay cheater if the day's mail was in, though the rest of us knew it was only flown out every week. The kid's name was Cecil, and Maddon used to mouth it with a simpering mockery, as if it pointed to the kid being something less than a man. I must admit though that the name fitted him, for Cecil was the least likely lumberjack I've seen in over twenty-five years in lumber camps. Though we knew he was intelligent enough, and a man too, if smaller than most of us, we all kidded him, in the good natured way a bunkhouse gang will. Maddon however always lisped the kid's name as if it belonged to a woman. Moose Maddon was as different from Cecil as it is possible for two human beings to be and still stay within the species. He was a big moose of a man, even for a lumber stiff, with a round flat unshaven face that looked down angrily and dourly at the world. Cecil on the other hand was hardly taller than an axe-handle, and almost as thin. He was about nineteen years old, with the looks of an inquisitive sparrow behind his thick horn-rimmed glasses. He had been sent out to the camp for the summer months by an distant relative who had a connection with the head office down in Vancouver. That summer we were cutting big stuff in...

...Threshold Of Revelation By Christopher A. Johnson Scene 1 FADE IN on a long shot of New York City, approaching from the south. It is dusk, and the lights of the city are beginning to twinkle against the backdrop of the vibrant city. Quick cuts to street level scenes of well-known locales between title cards naming the cast. These scenes and title cards are cut with a moving shot of the George Washington Bridge (span, cables, deck, towers, etc.) from different angles and perspectives. . The credits end on one continuous shot as we approach a figure standing on the south side of the bridge, staring out over the Hudson River and the lights of Manhattan to the south. This is DECKER JONAS. He is tall and striking, wearing jeans, a t-shirt, and a hoodie. The camera then circles behind Decker going from left to right, catching Deckers view of the city at sunset. As the camera completes its half circle to the right and comes to a complete stop at DECKER’S ¾ profile we see he is holding a piece of paper, it is folded, he unfolds the paper and begins to read, a voice over begins. It is Decker’s voice. DECKER: Mom. Dad. I feel as though I’m losing myself again. [ 1. PAN to OS Right showing the letter] I know I am. I can feel life spinning away from me, and this time I have nothing to hold on to. Its as though I’m on one of those tacky carnival rides that Dad would take me on at Edgewater Days when I was a kid, although now he’s not there to hold...

...act of looking can still be a problem, especially if he is replaying it in his mind later. Not only that, but in his situation he is not even trying to be discreet about it when you’re around, and that is cause for concern. If he freely looks when you are with him, how bold is he when you are not present? 1) Whenever we go anywhere, could be a reception, stores, etc ( basicly anywhere there are other people) he looks/stare at girls/women.. I have been married for 8 years and been talking to him about this ever since. I have asked him several times not to do it, that it bothers me. He says he likes to look, that everyone is different. The next time I caught him staring, I told him you can stare all you want when I am not there, just don't do it infront of me, .. I sometime ignore him but not all the time... it really hurts me.. For eg. we were doing grocery shopping the other day when he saw this girl and he looked/stare at her, its like she had a magnet on her body.. He couldn't help looking.. He is looking at the girl then he saw me looking at him, he then turned away, then looked in the direction she went in... I just walked out the store. Please let me know how to handle this, he says all men look.. I said they look but you stare.. ahh! this is making upset 2) It`s really a shame that one of these women he is ogling doesn`t put him in his place. Wouldn`t that be great? I bet he wouldn`t be...

...How do Drugs and Alcohol Affect You Sarah Tate Kaplan University-Omaha CJ411 Drugs and Alcohol May 15, 2012 Kerry Neumann Drugs and alcohol can cause short and long term damage to the human body. People that abuse drugs and alcohol may not be aware of the damage they are doing to their bodies. There are also psychological effects that drugs and alcohol can do to the human mind. These psychological effects can and may be permanent depending on the drug used and prolonged use of drugs and alcohol. Here we will concentrate on alcohol, amphetamines, and ecstasy. These vary in type of drug, addiction potential, and damage they can cause to the body and mind. Alcohol is a depressant and considered to mildly addictive. If abused for a prolonged period of time alcohol can become more addictive and the user may actually need the alcohol to function in life. Alcohol abuse may cause damage to the human body with prolonged use and abuse. Some of the damage alcohol may cause includes “slurred speech, lack of coordination, unsteady gait, memory impairment, and stupor, as well as behavioral changes shortly after alcohol ingestion, including aggressive behavior, mood volatility, impaired functioning”,(Roberts, P.,p.4-5.,n.d.). Alcohol consumption over a prolonged period of time may also cause psychological addiction, this happens over a period of time, not overnight, with continued drinking. Alcohol consumption over a prolonged period of time can cause liver damage, known as cirrhosis...
