This is a profoundly hard decision since there is an array of presidential contenders for the job, but which one will fulfill our goals as Americans? There is a total of three Democrats and a total of 14 Republicans, but the decision still stands, which one? For this research paper, I will research Donald Trump and explain whether he's a valuable contender to become the next president of the United States or not. Donald Trump was born in Queens, New York, where his hopes and dreams were realized. Trump began his quest by helping out in his father’s real estate company where he focused on middle class rental housing in Brooklyn (Biographies). As …show more content…
One thing is for sure that his website “Trumps” all the other websites that the contenders have. First Trump’s Position on the immigration reform is that, we must put the American people first and not other nations first. He believes in making America great again where borders are existent to keep out immigrants out of their country. Trump also believes that a nation without walls is not a nation at all (Donald Trump on the Issues). When he gets elected, he will make Mexico pay for the wall and also including the exportation of all “criminal" immigrants. These actions Trump believes will help the American people find jobs since immigrants are taking American people jobs and making them be unemployed. In addition, to make America great again and flourish the economy and overall help American people find jobs, Trump wants to exterminate birthright citizenship. In ratiocination, Trump’s position on the immigration reform is extemelty clear, he doesn’t like immigrants at all since in his agenda he's trying to make America great again and that does not include …show more content…
Also I wanted to know how godawful he surely was and what positions he had on certain issues in America such as taxes, gun control, immigration reform,trade,etc.. Before doing this project I wasn't going to vote for him anyway, but I just had a curiosity of the twisted man who had a major lead in the polls. Like John C. Maxwell said in an interview “ A leader is one who knows the way;goes the way, and shows the way,” and simply Trump does not qualify as a leader nor a president of the United

This year’s presidential candidates are quite unique and controversial; currently we have two democrats in the running, and only three republicans remaining after many drops out, still, there are 5 candidates going strong, fighting for the chance to be the next leader of our country. The Democratic Party candidates are Hillary Clinton, former US secretary of state, and Bernie Sanders, US senator, the Republican Party candidates, I will be talking about are Ted Cruz, US senator, and businessman Donald Trump. Hillary Rodham was born and raised Park Ridge, Chicago her father, Hugh, a hardcore republican, and her mother Dorothy had provided Hillary with a stable middle-class life. Border Wall Case Study

...President Donald Trump's plans to build a wall along the United States' southern border is inflaming relations between the United States and Mexico. It's a contentious issue, considering the border wall would cost billions of dollars. On Thursday, Trump threatened to cancel a meeting with Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, after Peña Nieto reiterated that Mexico would not pay for it. On Thursday, Senate leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky, said Congress will follow through on Trump's border wall order, and McConnell estimated it will cost $15 billion at most — he cited a range of $12 billion to $15 billion. Trump International Golf Links

...A newly built controversial Scottish golf course has been under heated discussion recently. According to Anthony Baxter’s documentary “You’ve Been Trumped”(2011), Donald Trump, an American business magnate, opened his £1 billion golf course on the North Sea coast of Scotland. Mr. Trump has been facing boycott from conservationists as well as local people who were forced to sell their property as he embarks on this new project. At one point the use of CPO(compulsory purchase orders) to force residents to sell houses was nearly carried out by the Scottish government. Although the approval of CPO could accelerate the pace of the golf links construction and the course may provide job opportunity for local people, there is no doubt that every citizen has the right to keep one's own property and that no project should be built at the expense of the environment. As can be seen from the documentary, once construction begins on the 1,400-acre estate, the lives of the farmers and fishermen nearby have been disrupted. Residents lost electricity and water and were almost forced to move from their house, where Mr. Trump described as "slum" and "pigsty", which was very rude. Even though the CPO wasn't approved and many local people stayed where they were eventually, residents now are fenced with barrier and trees around their houses. One of the residents on the Menie Estate, David Milne, sees it as " just another attempt to intimidate and bully me". (Daily Mail, 2011) Apparently it is Mr...

Donald Trump's Personality

...Many things have been written and said in the media, both pro and con, about perhaps the most polarizing individual in America today. Opinions and emotions are very strong concerning the current President, and even some well known mental health professionals as recently as last Tuesday held a panel discussion in Washington D.C. titled “The Increasingly Dangerous Case of Donald Trump” [1]. It was claimed that the President’s “mental instability” was supported by now well-known examples of exaggeration, lying, and personal vanity. Although many politicians and public figures are controversial because of these behaviors, I thought it would be interesting to examine and explain Donald Trump’s personality using two different perspectives: Freud’s...

Donald Trump: A Barbaric President

...Washington to the controversial William Clinton. Newly elected president Donald Trump, a real estate tycoon, a billionaire, filled with the consumption of various professions and occupations, an open egocentric intent, takes the lead as the president of the United States and is viewed to be a barbaric president for many reasons and this is why. Donald Trump, a businessman, and a man who is not fit to be our leader should have never been considered to run in the presidential election as an acceptable applicant. Due to the fact that the United States is not a business and America ought to have a leader. Bernie Sanders Viewpoints

...Despite the 2016 United States Presidential election occurring in almost one year, it seems to be the only topic which the news media feels like discussing. The candidates have made themselves known, and with candidates such as Donald Trump, there is plenty to talk about. However, there are some candidates which the news media simply will not cover, whether it be because of their unpopularity, controversial viewpoints, or bias of sponsors. Senator Bernie Sanders is one of these such candidates, and being a self-declared Democratic socialist, he is a candidate whom the news media would rather ignore. The first Democratic Debate on October 13 (hosted by CNN), Hillary Clinton, being a previous candidate and well-known politician, was promptly declared to have “won” the debate by CNN, despite most focus groups declaring Sanders to be the winner. During the debate, Bernie Sanders made what many considered to be bold, revolutionary statements, such as his belief that college tuition should be nonexistent. Bernie Sanders is the best candidate for President of the United States for 2016 because he will lessen the wealth gap, strive for...

Donald Trump

...DONALD TRUMP-AMERICAN BUSINESS MAGNATE Over the years, Donald Trump, Chairman and President of the Trump Organization has become a master of situating himself in the limelight with out-spoken interviews, his books, his television show, and especially his king-size lifestyle. Nonetheless behind it all this lies a very sharp businessman. Someone who is a tough negotiator, someone who knows how to build a brand and simply someone who does all this while building successful working relations with others. This starts my essay on why I admire Donald Trump. “I like thinking big. If you’re going to be thinking about anything, you might as well think big.” Donald Trump. Entrepreneur Donald Trump, through set-backs, controversies and successes, is someone who comes to my mind as a person one can admire and emulate. Donald John Trump was born in Queens, New York on June 14, 1946; the fourth of five children of Mary and Frederick Trump. Frederick (1905-1999) was himself a real-estate developer. Donald’s parent hoped a military school education would greatly benefit him, as it did Dwight Eisenhower, Ted Turner, and Douglas MacArthur to name a few and prepare him to enter the family business. Being an active and energetic child, his parents sent him to the New York Military Academy (est. 1889), located in the Cornwall-on-Hudson, at age 13. They hoped the academy’s discipline program would have an influence on him. By attending the military academy, which was a private boarding...
