I would be an Anti-Federalist, due to the fact that they didn't despise federalism, they just wanted to make improvements. They worked to put more power into the states hands. Just as Anti-Federalist believe, I agree with the constitution but the bill of rights that was later added on was essential. The bill of rights is a huge essence in our personal rights that we have day in and day out. I don't know what our country would be like without these rights in place. Federalists were people who believed that the constitution was perfect as it was. They also pushed to get it ratified immediately. Federalists were also in support of a strong centralized government. "A pure democracy can admit no cure for the mischiefs of faction. A common passion or interest will be felt by a majority, and there is nothing to check the inducements to sacrifice the weaker party. Hence it is, that democracies have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have, in general, been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths." During this time on conflict, two plans were brought into the picture to resolve the issue. The Virginia Plan and the New Jersey Plan. Federalists from large states were in favor of the Virginia Plan, because it would give power to the larger states. “We may define a republic to be, or at least may bestow that name on, a government which derives all its powers directly or indirectly from the great body of the people, and is administered by persons holding their offices during pleasure for a limited period, or during good behavior.” Just because they were known as the "Anti-Federalists" doesn't exactly characterize them to par. They weren't completely against federalism they just wanted the states to have more power. Some Anti-Federalists focused on the "Bill of Rights" and others just despised the Constitution altogether. “As long as we can preserve our unalienable rights, we are in safety. “

Anti-Federalists were more likely to favor the New Jersey Plan versus the Federalists most likely siding with the Virginia Plan. This is in result of the New Jersey Plan giving more power to the states just as Anti-Federalists favored. "The objects of jurisdiction…, are so numerous, and the shades of distinction between civil causes are oftentimes so slight, that it is more than probable that the state judicatories would be wholly superseded; for in contests about jurisdiction, the federal court, as the most powerful, would ever prevail."
If I was present during this time period I would definitely side with the anti-federalists. The federalists didn't even have an open mind to any improvements that could be made to the constitution. They wanted it ratified immediately. I believe that the states should indeed have more power and I believe that a strong centralized government would be too powerful and leave the people of the US unheard.

Writing Is Hard

...For me, writing is frustrating. Many times I have trouble writing about anything. The main reason why I have so much trouble when writing, is because I don't concentrate on my work enough. Even when I try my hardest to concentrate, my mind seems to wonder around to a different direction towards another thought. After that, I forget all about my work and just think about various things such as people, places, and different times I've had in the past. For example, even while I'm writing this small paragraph, my mind keeps on slipping into other thoughts. I dont know if this happens to lots of people, but this is one problem that I have trouble the most in. Maybe this is why I'm a slow writer and don't like to write. When I write, I'm usually in my house sitting right where my computer is. One thing about me is that I hate writing anything with a pen and a paper. Most of the time when writing an essay, report, or anything else, I type it on my computer. I can probably type 50 times faster than writing by hand. I guess it's just something that I'm better at. I can type about 80-85 words per minute. If that isn't fast, then I dont know what is. When writing, I can write when it's quiet, loud, during the day, during the night, and during whatever atmosphere I'm in. Even if the whole house is quiet, I usually listen to music while typing an essay. However, the best time and the best atmosphere for me to write anything would be during...

When I was getting out of the Army a fairly grey~area opportunity was presented to me. I was looking to secure my future and point my life in the right direction. The guy next to me in the mandatoy class we all had to go theough to end our contacts told me about his wife. I hadnt met her but her story had inspired my corrupt and eager mind. Abolishing Mandatory Life

...These are the kids that need that special treatment. Also she gives an example how tv programs can affects kids life and actions. Affecting them to do bad things without knowing it was bad because they dont know the real consequences. Another author who i agree with is Paul thompson who is foward with abolishing the mandatory life in prison for juveniles who commit murders, he also agrees that young adolecents dont commit murders just because they want to but because they go through changes which makes them act the way they do. Thompson researches on the human brai he says that any young teenager is far from adulthood. Also he gives facts on how theirs a “massive loss brain tissue occurs in teen years” also how the tv programs is a major factor on the brain and how the brain changes its development because of that. On June 25, 2012 the supreme court ruled that the juveniles commiting murder will not be sentenced to life in prison because it violates the eight amendment on no cruel and unsual punishment. The authors from the articles who disagree with me is Gail Garinger “juveniles dont deserve life sentences” aregues that teens should be in prison for the crimes they have committed and in no condition they should be out. Critical thinking is also apart of learning. Learning have changed a lot since the internet because you have access to infomation that wasn't assessible before. My views of learnig have changed because, before I thought learning was gaining new knowledge. Now I know its much more than that. Critical thinking is a big part of learing the way you interpt what you read helps you retain knowledge. Learning envolves your life experiences that build your social skills and how to take direction. I am a strong-willed learner. I sometimes make my own rules than follow them. I use all my learning patterns i don't avoid any. My Learning Pattern scores are Sequence 32 Percision 32 Technical 27 Confluence 21. I use sequence first as I always do things in order and I dont like clutter. I use percision first as I always ask alot of questions and need an explanation for everything. I use technical reasoning first as I like to work alone and build anything. I use confluence as needed as I brainstorm before starting a task and to create things from the top of my head. All four of my patterns interact like before starting a task I brainstorm ideas then I get the information I need. That I put everything in order then draft what I have to do. The benefits of using my learning patterns. Is using sequence on assignments is have everything in order...

Why War Is Bad?

...If someone asked me what to get rid of from the 21st century, my first and quick answer will be war Wars have been going on for centuries. War unavoidably.Brings death, destruction and suffering, which both ruin lives and nations. The most unjustifiable consequence of war is the loss of innocent civilians' lives. Civilians, who could have lived to make a huge impact on the world, pose no direct threat to the 'enemy' and might not even share the motives of the side they have been presumed to support. War eradicates hopes and dreams of millions, destroys homelands, frightens and oppresses people. Nothing that, in the end, brings more bad than it does good can be justified. Any kind of war is unjustifiable because it involves only killing. And what kind of victory does one get? Victory over millions of dead human flesh.Victory over the broken hearts of the family and relatives. We must not forget the horrors of the two world wars. In these wars, there was mass-killing and destruction of property. Thousands were made widows and orphans. War brings hatred and spreads falsehood. People become selfish and brutal. Finally I believe Wars are not the solution of the problems. Instead they generate problems and create hatred among nations. War can decide one issue but gives birth too many. Hiroshima and Nagasaki are the greatest horrible faces of the consequence of wars. Even after 60 years people are suffering from the miseries of war. Whatever be the cause of war, it always results...
