Red from green is s novel written in 2006, by Maile Meloy. There are four characters in the story, which is Sam. Sam is a girl on 15 years old she is going through a major development in the story. The second person in the text is her father. Harry is her uncle, and he is also playing a big part in, and the last one who is Layton is their client, clayton is a very good client, but he feels something special about Sam.
The text “Red from green”, is about Sam who is a girl that just turned 15 years old. She spent most of her summer vacation in a place named sophomore. Sam and her father, lives in Montana. Sophamore is a very good place to be in following Sam and, there is a lot of sun, and they having fun, while they’re over there. They are living in a tent and sometimes they also teeth bonfires. Layton who is her Client, always carrying a gun at himself, he is older than Sam. Layton has a good relationship to with Sam, they are often hanging out together, while Sam’s father and Harry talking about important thing as drive a empty truck down throw the river. Layton gives Sam’s many compliments for example about her beautiful teeth. She thinks it is embarrassing, but she doesn’t seem him like a “boyfriend”. One day while Layton and Sam, are alone they go out for shooting, Sam has never tried to shoot anything so she is afraid of trying it, but in the end she actually looks pretty good to handle it, she is proud of her self. Layton is glad for what Sam’s has done, with the gun. But suddenly an evening Layton tells about his back, he wants someone to go a walk with him, and the only person he wants to do It with might be Sam’s and sams father doesn’t seem that as a problem Sam think it is weird, but she goes out with him anyway.
