In this third review of Doohickeys Inc. we will discuss three more problems found within the company and possible solutions for the company that will benefit the workers and the company. The first problem is unfair compensation and inadequate benefits. The workers are continually told to change their time sheets in order to avoid overtime and only a limited health care option is available as a benefit. The needs and concerns of the lower level employees often go unheard, therefore; the next problem is no representation for employees. The final problem we discuss is the discipline and wage earnings. There is no record of discipline actions and a supervisor wants a worker fired for petty reasons. With these problems, we will present possible
