CM Gilmore completed an UHV at the residence of Dorothy Mellnick to ensure safety and well-being of the children listed on the report. Bmo Dorothy Mellnick’s niece Lauren greeted CM at the door, and stated that bmo was not at home. She contacted Bmo via phone, who stated that she would be to the home in 5 minutes. Lauren allowed CM to come in the home. When entering the home CM observed no safety concerns in the home. The home was very clean. There were no dishes in the sink, no clutter on the floor, no odor in the home. Lauren disclosed there are a total of five dogs in the home, and one of the dogs is very furry and playful. All dogs appeared to be very trained.

• Bmo undressed vc Evanyeline and Damon, who had no mark or bruises. No traces of hair was in the diapers.
• Bmo disclosed that the fluffy dog likes to jump, and play with vc so it is possible that hair could have been in the diaper, but she didn’t feel that would be a reason to make a report.
• Lauren Santos who is a member of the household disclosed that she had no concerns in the home, and feels that all children are safe. She feels that her aunt Dorothy Mellnick does a great job with the children.
• CM Gilmore attempted to speak with Damon and Evanyeline; however, that didn’t want to talk. They wanted to play mostly. Both children appeared to be happy. Bmo disclosed that Damon has dilated vestibular hearing in the left ear, which means at some point he may go deaf completely.
• CM Gilmore explained that due to the other children being at school, a visit is require for me to interview them. Bmo stated that will go pick up the other child, so he can be interviewed, and she would allow me to interview him at the school as well.
