QUESTION: Discuss in details how you intend to run a school if appointed as the head.

The headmaster is both the professional and administrative head of the school. He plans, organizes directs and coordinates all affairs of staff and pupils.
If I am appointed as the Head teacher of a school, first of all I will study the situation prevailing in the school. Then I will draw up my plans on how to improve the school together with members of my staff.
I will bring out all schedules of duties and assign them to my staff as well as my pupils. I will let them know the rules and regulations governing and the penalty on those who break them. I will advice them to obey the rules and regulation of the school in order to achieve the aims of the school. Schedule of duties will be assigned to every member of staff in the school. Duties and authority will be delegated to the teachers to carry out certain functions in their classes. In the teaching and learning activities, teachers will be assigned classes according to their qualifications, experience and abilities. They will be made to be responsible for the discipline and academic performance of their pupils.
I will also work hand in hand with the education officers and the Parent-Teachers Association (PTA) to solve the many problems that may affect the pupils and the school in general.
Teachers will also be assigned to supervise and coordinate of the head boy, head girl and their assistants who are also given special roles to play as labour prefect, games prefect, health prefect etcetera. Many clubs and societies will be introduced into the school to motivate the pupils.
High degree of discipline and
