Hinduism Paper Assignment

One of the best ways to describe Hinduism and the Hindu religion is a collection of different forms of beliefs all of which come from India, which is considered to be the oldest area on earth. Hindu's however do belief in many different types of religion. While some believe in the idea of God, others believe in reincarnation. Hindus also believe that Life, Death, and Re-birth are all parts to life and how we live. Hindu religions may all be different, they also all believe in Karma; or how what we do in our life time not only affects us but also affects others and the cycle of life as we know it.

It is also believed that a soul can be liberated from the cycle of life. There are about four different types of religion braches that Hindus follow and they are; Vaishnaism, Shaivism, Shaktism, and Smartism. Although it has been said that there are more, and that some of them are hard to label or name as well because they follow other religious beliefs from Hinduism as well. It is said that Hinduism has united our society as a whole because of how it does not discriminate other cultures or people.

They do not find it important to discriminate against other people because of their cast's or how they viewed by society. It has also been said that this in fact helps strengthen our society also. Women who follow Hinduism are actually considered to be more aggressive and dominant depending on the branch of Hinduism they follow. It is also known that in accent times women were also more equally viewed. While in most cases today the women are known to dress in a manner that covers their whole body.

This shows that they are not allowed to move freely and that they obey men. Hindu's also still follow most of their accent rituals as well. Such as incarnation, folk traditions’ and their views on trails throughout life. Most of their worshiping is based around art and culture movements in Indian concepts as well. Hindus are also known to believe that cow's are one of the most important aspects in life from an agricultural standpoint. This has a lot to do with the fact that most Hindus are vegetarians just like cows are and the reason for the cows importance is because of the effect that they had on agricultural life.

Hindu’s believe in liberation of the soul as well, they believe that throughout life we live and learn a lot of different things, we experience different things as well and it is these things in live Choices that lead someone’s soul to being reincarnated. To Hindu’s a soul is something that has gathered life experiences, and it's only when the soul leaves the body that it is then ready to be reincarnated. It is said that pain and joy are the two main feelings that a body goes through. It is also said that in order to liberate one’s soul you need to live life and experience life experiences.

It is after all, the things we live through that change everything along the path of life, even the tiniest thing can change anything along life’s path. Just saying hello can change someone’s life. The mood of what was said is also known for changing things along the path of life. However in order to be reincarnated and to have liberation, someone who follows Hinduism has to be able to end all pain and suffering with them self, only then can they be one with god and the universe. The ultimate goal to anyone who follows Hinduism is the goal to having a truly purified soul.

Life will be full of different challenges and it is these kinds of challenges that are tests to continue and work on having a better life with a pure soul by having choice to change and the will to not do anything that may lead someone into any type of temptation or problem. But instead It is believed by Hindus that it is the soul’s true happiness which is the ultimate goal in life to have lived a long and meaningful life.
