The mission of the ERAU AIAA D-B-F team for the 2015-2016 academic year is to apply engineering and problem-solving skills to design and fabricate an aircraft with outstanding flight performance qualities that surpass all mission requirements effectively, efficiently, and consistently. The 2016 ERAU AIAA Design Build Fly Team was tasked with the design, fabrication and test flying of two aircraft, one that is to carry a 32 oz. Gatorade Bottle, and one that is to carry the Gatorade plane. The team has applied skills learned both in the class room and in previous years to successfully design, build and test fly these two aircraft.
