BRIEF SYNOPSIS
EMA JONES (26) is a hopeful screenwriter. Her heart is shattered when she finds her boyfriend, PETER, with another woman. It’s not the first time he has cheated on her. Now, she has a job that she doesn’t like and she feels alone. Her friend, LUCY, encourages Ema to move on with her life. She sent Ema’s screenplay to a producer in France, who loves the script and wants to meet with her. Ema is encouraged to go to France, where she was born. Ema is reluctant, but finally agrees.
On the plane to France, she bumps into a mysterious man, but they never exchange names. Ema reunites with her mother, TRACY, who is thrilled to have her back home. …show more content…

Ema meets with Jack and runs into the mysterious man from the plane, MARK. Mark is smitten with Ema. Ema soon learns that Mark is actually a famous actor. They enjoy a lovely night in Paris, but Ema doesn’t think it can ever work. She’s too scared to try. She pulls away from a kiss.
The next day she learns that her picture is with Mark in a magazine. Ema options her script and returns home to Los Angeles. She’s surprised when she sees Mark. He’s has a home in Hollywood. They go out, grow closer to each other, and spend the night
