The Governor’s Advocacy Office received a call of concern from Bethany Gibbs regarding her ERDC Case #KO2185, (F88531263); and how she was misinformed by a worker. The constituent acknowledges and understands that the office can often get backed up, but she has contacted our office with concerns about the timeframes of pended documents.
The constituent stated that she had an intake on 11/30/16 and was pended for verification of her income and verification of her direct child support that she is receiving. She stated that she provided both of them the same day of the INTAKE (TRACS # 347), but the worker not mentioned that those documents were verified or if needed more information (TRACS # 348).
