...Team: Sahabzada Aunuddin Qadri, Muhammad Saad Khan, Hammad Tajalli | Edible Oil Industry | Managerial Policy | 1. Introduction of Product and Service in the World: Cooking oil consists of edible vegetable oils derived from different plants, amongst which the famous are olives, peanuts, and sunflower. Cooking oil is used to prepare food, fry food and also used for salad dressing. It has been around for thousands and thousands of years. The Chinese and Japanese have been using cooking oil since 2000 BC. Many other civilizations have used cooking oil before and after that. Therefore, to track the exact date of the invention is impossible. The Chinese were fond of Soy Cooking Oil and have been using it for a long time. Vegetable oil, a type of cooking oil, began to be processed by old civilizations, utilizing whatever food they had. Early civilizations learned to use the sun, to heat, oily plant until the plant exuded oil that could be collected. In Mexico and North America, peanuts and sunflower seeds were roasted and beaten into a paste and then boiled in water. The oil that rose to the surface was then skimmed off. Africans also grated and beat palm kernels and coconut meat and then boiled the resulting pulp, taking the hot oil off the water. Due to technological advancements, we now have new types of vegetable oil. Corn oil was extracted first in the 1960s. Cotton oil, grapeseed oil, watermelon seed oil, and many others are now considered as beneficial. Earlier, they...

...Processing of oil from plants or seeds needs high expertise and knowledge along with advanced technology. To process the oil from the source, a detailed and systematic is carried out. The process includes a number of procedures from seed cleaning, dehulling, cracking, heating, expelling, filtering to refining. Cleaning of the seeds can be done with seed cleaners. These machines are designed to remove any kind of metal, stone, rot seeds and other impurities or extraneous materials before dehulling. The stripped seeds then pressed to ensure more surface area. For crushing the seeds, mechanized grooved rollers and hammer mills crush can be used for ensuring proper material consistency. After this, the seeds are heated for the extraction of the oil. The heated seeds are fed constantly into a screw press that enhances the pressure gradually as they pass through a slotted barrel. When the initial oil is recovered from the screw press, the remaining oil cake in the press is also processed using solvent extraction. Volatile hydrocarbon is commonly used to dissolve the oil out of oil cake that is recovered by distillation method. Different machines are used for solvent percolation through the matter that is occasionally dumped and replaced. We can produce all kinds of edible oil mill machinery, which includes peanut oil production line, soybean oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, rice bran oil and other kinds of edible oil production line. The whole production line...

...Ground Nut Oil Press Machine Ground nut has high oil content of 40% to 50%, which is suitable to adopt direct oil press machine to get crude ground nut oil efficiently. Ground nut oil press machine ensures high quality oil processing from ground nut. However, oil expeller is only a part of ground nut oil processing. The full ground nut oil press processing line covers: Raw material, cleaning, classification, drying and cooling, roasting and cooking, suction cooling, flaking, steamed frying, ground nut oil press. ● Ground nuts cleaning. ● Classification. Sizing screen isolates immature granulocytes, moldy grain, broken grain and other imperfection parts of ground nuts raw materials. ● Drying and cooling. Air dryer can be used for ground nut raw material drying. Control ground nut moisture between 5%-6% after drying, and reduce oil particles temperature below 40 ℃ with cold air quickly. ● Ground nut crushing and peeling. Roll crusher removes red coat from ground nuts, wind suction flat screen will suck out the red coat after ground nut crushing. The isolated ground nut red coat can be used as pharmaceutical and chemical raw materials. ● Hot roasting. Send 25%-30% ground nuts materials into hot air furnace and heating to 180 ℃ ~ 200 ℃. Roasting temperature is key factor to produce scented fragrant ground nut oil. ● Cooling and grits rolling. Rapid cooling is in need after roasting in order to prevent oilseeds pasting and spontaneous. Crusher breaks ground nut into...

...Cold Oil Processing Machine Is Good For Edible Oil In the Oil Processing Machines, in generally, it can be divide into two kinds--hot oil processing machine and cold oil processing machine. Each of these two kinds oil processing machine has its advantages, as we all know, the hot oil processing machines’ oil extraction rate is higher than cold oil processing machine. Maybe you will think the hot oil processing machine is better than the cold oil processing machine, I will say no, because according to most users’ feed-back information, the cold oil processing machine is good for the edible oil. The below are the cold oil processing machine’s features: First of all, the cold oil processing machine’s protein in the oil cake damage is low because of the low temperature pressing thus making full use of the vegetable protein. Secondly, the cold pressing oil is with bright color, high nutrition. Natural oil is gained by mechanical sedimentation and filtering. There is no need for refining, reducing consumption. Last but not least, the low consumption in oil, cake nutrition and tace element, and at the same time the cake protein is preserved. One of the important reason is that the oil material has no contact with any solvent, acid, alkali, bleaching earth or chemical additive in the oil pressing process. More informations or needs about the oil processing machine pls contact me freely, we also welcome your inquiry, and will reply you as soon as possible. http://www.oil-processing...

...Edible Oil Mill Machinery technology has undergone a tremendous change ever since beginning of oil milling through various seeds, One of the most important point in the oil milling was the inception of Oilseed Mills. These mills use dry flax seed that doesn't have any fine or coarse impurities. These seeds are generally delivered to the oil mill in bags or baskets, as these are the by-product of the crop, flax fiber. In case the flax seed is not dry, it is dried by simple spreading the seeds on the floor of the loft. For the removal of impurities, sieving machine is used although earlier fanning machine was also used for the same purpose. In the next step, the flax seed is crushed in four stamping mortars. The Oilseed Mills were the second advancement, next to the initial one of Waterpower System. In the year 1975, oil mills used water-power that came from the Monocacy Creek. This dam had a wooden frame with in-built sections on shore that was then installed in the creek. With the passage of time, new inventions were made and the technology improved drastically. Presently, there is so much advancement in the technology of oil mills that the earlier known sophisticated and cumbersome processes involved in oil mills have been made easy to a great extent. Currently, there are a wide range of Edible Oil Mill Machinery that are able to carry out the new processes very efficaciously. Some of these technologically advanced machineries are Seed Cooker, Copra Cutter, Hand Held Filtration...

...Introduction Mushroom is a large reproductive structure of edible fungi, which is the most popular nutritious, delicious and medicinal vegetable in the world. It is now one of the promising concepts for crop diversification in Bangladesh. The climatic condition of Bangladesh is completely suitable for mushroom cultivation. It does not require any cultivable land. It can grow in room by racking vertically. Therefore, its yield as well as benefit per unit area is higher than any other vegetable in our country. It requires short time, little capital and easy technique for cultivation. This is why all types of people like male and female, youth and old even children and disabled can easily participate in its cultivation. Therefore, it can generate huge scope of employment opportunities for unemployed people. The raw materials for mushroom cultivation like sawdust, paddy straw, wheat straw, sugar can baggage, waste paper, used cotton, dervishes etc are very cheap and available in our country and no materials are required to import from abroad for its cultivation. Moreover, no chemical is necessary for its cultivation, therefore it is completely organic and eco-friendly. Used substrate of mushroom cultivation is one of the best sources of organic matter in the soil. Its cultivation may be “a lifeboat” for survival of the landless people who do not have any source other than their houses and own labor. Its cultivation can transfer as a cottage industry and create a goods opportunity...
