2.1 Introduction
As we all know Information Technology is now evolving to its next level, and that’s why the proponent aims to develop a system for the membership of Churches of Christ, the technology that can help them is a system for securing the information of the new member, and present members, it will also updates the information of the member in times needed. The member of Churches of Christ is growing rapidly and that’s why they need a system that will holds and secures the member information. The proposed system is a Membership Information system that will save and updates any single information of a member of Churches of Christ. This system have data requirements for this to have best result, it requires information such as the member’s data which is so much important.
Churches of Christ is using traditional system in recording member’s information and it is so difficult to manage every data with this kind of system that’s why Churches of Christ needs to improve their way of managing and recording information of the present and incoming member.

2.2 System Description

2.2 System Description Membership in Churches of Christ in the selected local which is in Riverside Quezon City has traditionally been done on paper, processed by hand and response letters written from a template and that’s why secretaries in Churches of Christ works so hard in order to serve the current and incoming member of their local . As the researcher studied the process of how the secretaries and the officers of Churches of Christ in Local of Riverside Quezon City, he thought of alternatives to make it better which is developing a electronic system that manages the information of the members.
Membership Information System (MIS) is a software application for membership of Churches of Christ to manage member data and also their attendance. Membership information system provides capabilities for securing future members and the present member’s information. The user doesn’t have to keep the files and other records. Data retrieval is also easy. Once the data is entered you will get so many information and reports easier. Also manipulation of data is also very easy. Computerized means automated in one way or the other. That’s the benefit. The church could actually save the use of paper, probably work will be lessened and the service would be faster.

2.3 System Features

System Features This proposed system which is a Membership Information System has the following features: * Record the personal information of the incoming member. – After the baptism the new member must fill up the form for a new member, the member must indicate all his/her information in the system so that it will be secured and easy to process.

* Updates information of the current member. – If there is a change in a member’s information the secretary will update it much easily.

* Manages the member who did not attend the church times. – If a member did not attend any church hours his/her name will be listed in a visiting form which will be given in assigned leaders of the Churches of Christ by group number.

Windows XP and Windows 7 platforms are known for their stability and its user friendly interface but because Microsoft will stop supplying security updates for Windows XP after two years, Windows 7 is recommended.

The figure above shows that a member must give a record to the secretary and the secretary is the one who is responsible of taking care of it and putting it in the master list, the visiting form provides by the secretary if the member is absent or did not attend the church hours.
