Effective communication enables, expounds, and most especially enlarges the way we communicate with other people. It also allows us to know the true feeling behind the information given. More than two thousand years has passed and yet communication stands by our sides’ every day. This could be done simply through just speaking, listening, writing, or giving hand or body signals to one another. But in this present generation, most people use technology in order to communicate in which they create strong bonds all over the world. Communication has done its part and all that is left in our hands is to use it effectively.

1. The Role of Correct Grammar in Communications.
According to the Merriam-Webster’s dictionary, grammar is defined as “the set of rules that explain how words are used in a language.” Proper grammar allows us to write, speak, and express our ideas and opinions effectively. According to an article written by Remy Lo, he stated that “grammar is the key to business communications.”
Nowadays, most people find it difficult to have correct grammar. They are usually confused with the proper use of the present and past tenses and also with the difference between “your” and the contraction “you’re.” They don’t know when to use those words properly, and they say that it is a common mistake. But having improper grammar is no excuse. When you speak and write with incorrect grammar, it may cause a major misunderstanding with the recipient.
Well, there are many advantages with the use of correct grammar. When you use it correctly, the recipient will comprehend and communicate with you effectively and he would see you as a professional. It is pleasing to the ears when you have proper grammar. It is important for us to learn its simple rules and use, particularly when we are working in the business world.
