When we visit this organization then we found a different environment of organization Actually it look like some celebration event held in organization where straight sitting arrangement and colorful decoration charts are attached to wall So we sit in back room ,After that manager come into hall dice and talk about company project then suddenly he ask us come into front place and take a pictures all of us then he continued his ceremony targeted amount collection in month of November which is too much huge amount ( 8.6 million) but that’s not actually goal of company because it’s 10 million that is totally amazed for us and other hand manager set a target for month of December which expected more effort from employees due to it’s last month of year then branch manager announced a highest productive status member with group names where member share a different ideas for capture market and customer so we listening many technique of insurance which group members share to us like one them which I like that try to talk with costumer in evening time which is more suitable time for making a costumer because at that time mostly people are relax so it’s really good idea for newbies who is new in this business .At the end manager distribute bonus prizes for top member of company with group photo which we capture in our camera then event is over and every one goes into their group and discussion about future plan and views of member so we wait outside office for meeting which we arrange for question so within a minute they invite us and get ready for interview where we ask different question which related to company and he confidently give every answered as following:
