Joel Embiid and Carson Wentz have both turned the beloved city of Philadelphia sports teams around. The eagles are currently playing for the super bowl. While the 76ers are trying to form a playoff run in the second half of the year. Embiid was recently named a all-star starter. Wentz on the other hand had a season ending injury. While he was playing he was a front runner for MVP. The question is who has done more for the city? There is no definite answer to this question. In my opinion I believe that Joel Embiid has had a bigger impact on the city of Philadelphia.

Joel Embiid is a 7’0 forward from Yaounde, Cameroon. He attended the university of Kansas. He was drafted by the 76ers in 2014 with the third overall pick. He has a nickname called “the process”. The teams motto is “trust the process”. He is beloved by all of Philadelphia. It also helps that they are starting to win some games now too. He has also made himself very active in Philadelphia life. He is a person that just walk on the streets alone. He will sign or take pictures until everyone leave. He attended North Dakota State University. Wentz has had a phenomenal season. This was sadly ended due to an injury. With Wentz they were the top team in the league. He brought the life back to eagles football fans. Wentz had a lot of doubters coming out of the draft. These doubters quickly turned into believers in his rookie year. This year he succeeded anyone's expectations. The Eagles will be playing in Super Bowl fifty two. It will be a very hard task without him.
