Notes : A well prepared and well delivered performance appraisal assesses the degree to which the employee’s expectations. It recognizes good performance and identifies areas of improvement. It also encourages an on going communication between the employee and his supervisor. A performance appraisal also identifies what the employee’s requirements are in terms of expectations , what his strengths are and what are his training needs .
