Jack in Newcastle: Last season we almost got relegated. This season by January we were safe without spending a single penny. Pardew is fighting a losing battle against an Newcastle board with no ambition. Our star player out and two loan signings is not good enough. Feel for Alan.
17:41: Chelsea 0-0 Sunderland
Willian started off playing quite deep, but he's working his magic in the final third a bit more now and he cuts inside a challenge before rifling a shot across Vito Mannone which the Sunderland keeper is equal to.
17:39: Manager reaction- West Ham 0-1 Crystal Palace
Sam Allardyce
West Ham manager Sam Allardyce: "It was stupid penalty conceded by Pablo Armero for the winning goal. Setting out your plans is all very well, but you cannot make allowances for that.
"He didn't need to make that challenge and Crystal Palace are set out to take advantage when you make a mistake like that. We put every effort in but could not put the ball into the back of the net.
"We had to take chances when they came our way and in that department we failed miserably today.
"There was no more unhappiness from that fans than I had at Blackburn, Newcastle or Bolton. If you don't win fans don't like it, especially at home."

Should Eden Hazard be in with a shout for the PFA young player of the year award?
Tom Fulton: Remember Hazard is still available to win the young player award next year as you have to be 23 at the start of the season. Think a few people are forgetting it was hardly Bale's breakthrough season last year and he still won the young player award.
17:37: Chelsea 0-0 Sunderland
Promising from Sunderland as Connor Wickham uses his strength to hold off his marker and lay the ball off to Fabio Borini who strikes his shot wide. Good link-up play.
17:36: Chelsea 0-0 Sunderland
This is a meeting of two very animated managers. While Gus Poyet is gesturing at his players to get forward in the technical area, Jose Mourinho scribbles some notes on his little pad.
17:34: Manager reaction- Cardiff 1-1 Stoke
Mark Hughes
Stoke manager Mark Hughes: "We are frustrated given the chances we had at the end. We thought the penalty against us was soft, Cardiff will say similar with regards to our penalty but I dispute that.
"We are disappointed that we didn't win given the control we had. We could not make it maximum points, but we move on."
17:33: Chelsea 0-0 Sunderland
Patient build-up play early on for Chelsea as Willian sprays the ball right then left, trying to bring the overlapping full-backs into play. Cesar Azpilicueta wins an early corner through this strategy but it comes to nothing.
17:30: Manager reaction- Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
Mauricio Pochettino with the Aston Villa mascot
Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino: "I thought we did enough to win the game but we are lacking luck and clinical edge in front of goal.
"We started off well, had 70% possession but are not taking chances. We are creating them and look like a team fighting to win the Premier League so I am happy with the effort.
"I saw the handball and I thought it was quite clear, replays also show it was clear but the linesman was close and he didn't even see it."
17:30: KICK-OFF- Chelsea 0-0 Sunderland
Sunderland, in traditional red and white stripes, kick us off in glorious late afternoon sunshine.

Emily in Newport: Bony has been unbelievable for us this season, and the manager/board must be mad if they sell him anytime soon. We've been screaming out for a consistent goalscorer for some seasons, and we've finally got him.
Pete: Jose has talked about loaned or sold players taking points off rivals (Mata, Lukaku). What chance Borini coming good today like Assaidi did earlier in the year?
Simon: Pulls for manager of the year. But let's give credit to the chairman for taking his time and making sure he got his man.
17:27: Chelsea v Sunderland (17:30 BST)
Here come the Chelsea and Sunderland players then. A big game at both ends of the table is upon us.
17:26: Alan Shearer, BBC Radio 5 live
Analysis- West Ham 0-1 Crystal Palace
"When you look at it, Tony Pulis is a miracle worker. Crystal Palace were down and out when he went in but he's gone in there and galvanised them.
"It's a system they're comfortable with, they're organised and are a tough team to beat. He's organised them at the back and they've performed incredibly well for him."
17:26: Manager reaction- Cardiff 1-1 Stoke
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer
Cardiff manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer: "Stoke's was not a penalty. The referee has to make a decision there and then you have to accept it. He has fallen over, but the referee gave a penalty.
"All the players were incensed but it was important we kept cool and tried to do the right things. These boys have a never-say-die attitude. We got momentum after we got the goal.
"It is a good point, but we have to thank our goalkeeper for saving a point for us at the end. With a defeat it would have been difficult to get the boys back up but now we have a very, very good chance."
17:25: Alan Shearer, BBC Radio 5 live
Analysis- Newcastle 1-2 Swansea
"Newcastle are on a horrendous run. The performances since Christmas have been poor. It's Newcastle all over. They had a good start to the season but the performances have been really poor. The fans aren't happy and rightly so."
17:24: Chelsea v Sunderland (17:30 BST)
Eden Hazard
On the subject of Eden Hazard, should he really have been nominated for the PFA young player of the year award? Yes, he's had a great season and he should be considered for the main award but shouldn't the young player award be for players who have made a major breakthrough this year? Players like his fellow nominees Luke Shaw, Ross Barkley and Raheem Sterling?
Hazard was good at the start of the season, he was good last season and he was good when Chelsea paid £32m for him. Let me know your thoughts. And also, let's gaze into the crystal ball and predict next year's nominees for the young player award...
17:18: Chelsea v Sunderland (17:30 BST)
Jose Mourinho has been keeping a low profile this week, once again sending assistant Steve Holland to do his pre-match news conference. What's Jose up to? Has he got some spring-time jobs to do at home? Or is he watching re-runs of Atletico Madrid DVDs on his laptop? I bet he's been mithering the club doctor a bit more than usual as both Eden Hazard and Petr Cech appear doubtful for next week's Champions League tie.
17:16: Manager reaction- Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
Paul Lambert
Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert: "To play the way we did in the second half, against a good Southampton side, I cannot fault the effort.
"The lads deserve enormous credit and with their energy and desire I couldn't be prouder. Our goal difference is pretty good, so we'll probably need one more win [to be safe from relegation].
"After the events of this week, that performance shows evidence of the players' commitment."
17:15: Conference final scores
Halifax are up to third in the Conference after a 2-1 win over Macclesfield. A draw at Southport on Monday will virtually guarantee them a play-off place. Elsewhere, Barnet won 1-0 at Nuneaton and Forest Green drew 2-2 with Woking.

Andy: The Newcastle United players haven't performed since January, and they look like their minds are already on the beach, but who's job is it to motivate these players? Pardew's time is up I'm afraid.
Steve in Havant: re Rebecca [17:00] it may not be Pardew's fault that a penalty was conceded but it is his duty to ensure the team keep full focus until the final whistle.
17:14: Chelsea v Sunderland (17:30 BST)
If Sunderland are to beat Chelsea tonight, they will need to improve on a defensive record at Stamford Bridge which has seen them concede 38 goals in 12 Premier League games. Remember that 7-2 victory for Chelsea in January 2010? I'm certain Ashley Cole, Frank Lampard, John Terry and Nemanja Matic do!
17:11: Chelsea v Sunderland (17:30 BST)
Sunderland's midweek draw with Manchester City has really shook up the Premier League title race, and the Black Cats can have another say at the top this evening at Stamford Bridge.
"Who would have thought Sunderland are maybe going to decide the title one way or another?" said manager Gus Poyet. "No-one, eh?
"We don't play for anyone apart from ourselves. It's going to be more of a shock if we beat Chelsea because they have never lost at home under Mourinho in the Premier League."
Simon Brotherton, Match of the Day commentator
Chelsea v Sunderland (17:30 BST)
"A trip to Chelsea is about as tough as it gets for a Sunderland side at the bottom of the table who are running out of time and desperate for points.
"Jose Mourinho's team still haven't lost at home in the league in either of his two spells - 77 games and counting - and have the best home record in the Premier League this season, winning 15 and drawing two.
"Sunderland's run-in still includes home games against Cardiff, West Brom and Swansea so there are points to be had, but it's hard to make a case for them this weekend as manager Gus Poyet goes back to one of his former clubs."
17:09: Chelsea v Sunderland (17:30 BST)
Connor Wickham took his goals well against Manchester City in midweek, didn't he? He is a player with plenty of ability but, for one reason or another, he's not quite transferring it into goals and performances on a consistent basis.
Now, however, Sunderland manager Gus Poyet has challenged the £8.1m signing to start banging them in more regularly.
"For a player to come together at a very early age with that price-tag on his shoulders, everything needs to be good, and the most important part is that the team is performing well and has got the time to play and get used to him," said Poyet.
"It's a process, so who knows? Maybe the best thing for Connor is that the team is playing in the relegation battle and he is part of it?"

Jonathan Grieve: The players have to take their share of the blame but the manager cannot be defended any more. Please Pardew, just GO!
Kanayo Umeogu: I think the turning point of Newcastle's season was selling a certain Cabaye.
Kaushik Gorai: Would not mind if Liverpool go for Bony this transfer season. Lovely backup for SAS. Reliable at any circumstances.
17:06: Championship final scores
Millwall are out of the relegation zone after a 2-1 win at Middlesbrough and manager Ian Holloway leapfrogs one of his former side's - Blackpool. The Seasiders, now third from bottom, have it all to do if they are to escape the drop with three games to spare.
Barnsley lost a Yorkshire derby against Leeds as Ross McCormack hit his 29th league goal of the campaign to leave the Tykes three points from safety.
Nottingham Forest beat Birmingham 1-0 and are now only three points away from the play-offs. Ipswich lost 3-1 at Watford and missed the chance to move into the top six.

Greg Riches: Looking forward to Pardew's latest excuses. Embarrassing.
Ross Arnett: Newcastle have been embarrassing to watch in 2014 and now we have the worst goal difference outside the bottom four to show for it.
Rebecca Moore: Devastating result for Newcastle, but in no way is it Pardew's fault about a last-minute penalty.
17:00: Player reaction- Cardiff 1-1 Stoke
Peter Whittingham
Cardiff City's Peter Whittingham: "We felt we controlled the game. A few nice chances we should have put away, on the balance of play we deserved a bit more but a point is a point.
"It is not ideal but we didn't lose and we have two away games that will be huge for us."
16:58: League Two final scores
Not a good day for Bristol Rovers and Hartlepool at the bottom of League Two. They have been beaten by Portsmouth and Burton Albion respectively. Rovers' 3-2 loss leaves them outside the relegation zone on goal difference, while Hartlepool are only two points better off after a 3-0 defeat.
Only two games remain. Northampton, Wycombe, Exeter and Morecambe are all still in the thick of it at the bottom. Torquay are almost certainly down, leaving one place open for someone else to fall out of the Football League.
16:58: Analysis- Cardiff 1-1 Stoke
Former Wales, Liverpool and Aston Villa striker Dean Saunders on BBC Radio 5 live: "Cardiff had to win and they started well but Stoke's class got them into the game they got a dodgy penalty which I'm still not sure about.
"Then after half-time they turned it around, Howard Webb gave Cardiff a penalty but Stoke started breaking out well and should have won the game in the end."

David Ljunggren: Another disgraceful result for Newcastle. How much longer can Mike Ashley allow this farce to continue?
Bryan Cooper: West Ham were dire collectively and individually. Big Sam didn't help taking off both wingers & having two big men up top.
Charlie Stewart: Bony has kept Swansea up.
16:56: How it stands
Good wins for Swansea and Crystal Palace then. I'm not sure a draw suited Cardiff though...

Mark Schwarzer will make his first Premier League appearance for Chelsea at the age of 41 after Petr Cech was ruled out by a virus. The Blues welcome back Oscar and Samuel Eto'o at the expense of Andre Schurrle and Demba Ba, who scored the winning goal in their 1-0 victory over Swansea. Bottom club Sunderland are unchanged from the team that drew 2-2 with Manchester City in midweek.

West Ham 0-1 Crystal Palace
Andy Carroll fouled. West Ham free-kick 25 yards out...
16:51: HITS THE WOODWORK- Cardiff 1-1 Stoke
Stoke are so close to the winner. First Oussama Assaidi has a shot saved by David Marshall when clear through on goal before Jonathan Walters curls a shot against the bar.
16:50: GOAL- Newcastle 1-2 Swansea - Wilfried Bony (penalty, 90 mins)
Wilfried Bony is the calmest man inside St James' Park. He strides up and slots his penalty into the roof of the net to give Swansea the lead in dramatic circumstances. That goal could keep the Swans in the Premier League. He has scored at the end of each half and that looks to give the visitors the valuable victory.
16:50: FULL-TIME- Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
16:49:
PENALTY to Swansea- Newcastle 1-1 Swansea
Swansea's Marvin Emnes has made a big impact since coming on. He sprints into the penalty area and is chopped down by Newcastle midfielder Cheick Tiote. It looks a clear penalty. Tiote is also booked for his troubles and may have cost his side a point with that clumsy challenge.
16:47: Cardiff 1-1 Stoke
Stoke's Peter Odemwingie nearly scores against his old side but his low effort from just outside the penalty area is pushed wide by Cardiff goalkeeper David Marshall. That would have been sickening for the home fans if a former Cardiff player had scored what would have been such a vital goal against them.

Grant: I've said it before and I'll say it again, Tony Pullis defensive coach for England.
Stu: If Tony Pulis had been in charge of Palace earlier, they would be threatening a Europa League place.
Chris Heron: Whatever Pulis is putting in the Palace team's breakfast, I want some.
16:45: INJURY TIME- Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
The game is beginning to open up slightly as we approach injury time. Both sides look stretched as they gamble for a late winner.
16:43: Newcastle 1-1 Swansea
Swansea are only denied from taking the lead by an alert Tim Krul. Substitute Marvin Emnes is immediately involved in the action as he threads a through pass for Wilfried Bony to run onto. The Ivorian striker tries to take the ball around Krul, but the Newcastle goalkeeper dives in front of him and blocks the ball with his legs.
16:43: Championship latest
Middlesbrough pull one back against Millwall through an Emmanuel Ledesma free-kick from just outside the area, it's now 2-1 to the visitors at the Riverside. A win will be a huge result for Ian Holloway's side and move them out of the relegation zone.
16:42: SUBSTITUTION- West Ham 0-1 Crystal Palace
West Ham can't seem to fashion any clear chances, hence they don't look like equalising. Antonio Nocerino is on for Kevin Nolan.
16:41: SUBSTITUTION- Cardiff 1-1 Stoke
Former Stoke striker Kenwyne Jones comes on for Cardiff against his old club as the hosts show their intent to try and force what would be a vital winner.
16:40: SUBSTITUTION- Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
Aston Villa look to their youth team for a winner. They send on 19-year-old striker Callum Robinson for his Premier League debut, in place of Andreas Weimann. The influence of Gordon Cowens?
16:39: Five or six minutes to go in our 3pm kick-offs. Don't go anywhere.
16:39: CLOSE!- Newcastle 1-1 Swansea
Jonathan De Guzman shoots narrowly over for Swansea. The away fans, up in the gods at St James' Park, start to celebrate, thinking the ball has crept in under the bar and are then mocked by the home supporters when it becomes clear the effort was off target.
16:38: SUBSTITUTION- Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
Grant Holt's on. Can he make a difference for shot-shy Aston Villa? We're making an early call that this game might be last on Match of the Day tonight.
Cardiff 1-1 Stoke
BBC Wales's Bruce Pope at Cardiff City Stadium: "The home fans have recovered from the disappointment of that disallowed goal and are cheering every tackle, pass and run from their side. But with time ticking down there's a little nervous edge creeping in now. The Stoke fans are just enjoying their Bank Holiday trip to lovely south Wales."
16:37: League Two latest
Wes Fogden scores a vital goal to give Portsmouth the lead for the third time against Bristol Rovers. If it stays like that, Rovers will stay above the relegation zone on goal difference only while Pompey will open up a seven-point gap on the bottom three.
Hartlepool are only two points clear of the drop zone, they trail 2-0 at Burton Albion.
16:36: PENALTY APPEAL- Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
Southampton appeal for a penalty after Ryan Bertrand blocks Nathaniel Clyne's cross with his hand but it's not awarded. Probably rightly so.
16:36: Cardiff 1-1 Stoke
After a feisty five minutes where Cardiff equalised and had a goal ruled out for offside, the game has calmed down at the Cardiff City Stadium. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team have seen a bit of the ball, but are struggling to turn that possession into clear chances with Stoke defending well.
16:36: BREAKING TEAM NEWS- Chelsea v Sunderland (17:30 BST)
Mark Schwarzer starts for Chelsea, who are without Petr Cech. Eden Hazard remains on the sidelines as Samuel Eto'o and Oscar come back into the Chelsea starting line-up. Sunderland are unchanged. More on that later.
16:32: Newcastle 1-1 Swansea
Little second-half excitement so far at St James' Park. Swansea will move four points clear of the bottom three if it stays level at St James' Park and also in Cardiff's match against Stoke City.
Pablo Hernandez has a chance for Swansea from the edge of the penalty, but his effort almost goes out for a throw-in and that sums up the second half so far.
16:31: Championship latest
Watford hit two goals in a matter of minutes to take a 3-1 lead over Ipswich. Lewis McGugan nips in to tuck home the third and dent the play-off hopes of Mick McCarthy's side.
Elsewhere, Barnsley, who sit second from bottom, are still trailing Leeds by Ross McCormack's goal, Millwall are heading out of the bottom three as they lead 2-0 at Middlesbrough, while Birmingham are losing 1-0 at Nottingham Forest.
16:30: West Ham 0-1 Crystal Palace
As the West Ham fans train their anger on Sam Allardyce, the manager goes into gum-chewing overdrive. The big man's fed up. And the natives are restless.
16:29: As it stands
Premier League table
If results stay as they are then Cardiff will move above Fulham and into 18th in the Premier League table. Aston Villa, Swansea and Cardiff are all drawing their respective games at the moment.

Crystal Palace celebrate scoring
Olivier: At this rate, Palace will finish above Stoke.. I always thought we should've stuck with Pulis. Manager of the season for me.
Owen Casson: Anyone else think Liverpool could drop points at Palace? Pulis working miracles.
16:27: We're entering the final 15-20 minutes in all of our 3pm kick-offs. A time for heroes.
16:27: SUBSTITUTION- West Ham 0-1 Crystal Palace
Big Sam gets his hook out, collars Matt Jarvis and sends on Carlton Cole. "You don't know what you're doing," respond Hammers fans to that change.
16:26: West Ham 0-1 Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace are close to a second with a host of yellow shirts queuing up as crosses whizz through the West Ham box. Jason Puncheon has the final and best chance to double the lead, but punts his shot just wide.
16:25: Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
Southampton have snuck on Sam Gallagher without us noticing. And it appears the Villa defence aren't aware of him either as Rickie Lambert drills a low cross into the box and the young striker stabs towards goal but straight at Brad Guzan.
Garth Crooks, On Final Score
On Cardiff City's disallowed goal: "You're looking for your assistant to provide the right calls and he does on that occasion. No one can have any qualms about that."
16:22: Newcastle 1-1 Swansea
It is still level at St James' Park, but both sides are struggling to create openings. Vurnon Anita's effort from long range goes well wide for the hosts.
16:21: DISALLOWED GOAL- Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
Southampton go route one and Adam Lallana expertly controls the long punt forward and steers the ball beyond Brad Guzan. But he's miles offside. Well, about five yards to be precise.

Aman Sheth: The Cardiff crowd are going absolute bonkers.
Kevin: Oh wow! Cardiff are rocking... then another official steals the limelight!
16:19: Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
Aston Villa must be thinking they can win this one. Southampton, for all their ball-hogging, are struggling to fashion any clear chances. Smash and grab? Paul Lambert would take it.
16:18: Cardiff 1-1 Stoke
Former Wales, Liverpool and Aston Villa striker Dean Saunders on BBC Radio 5 live: "That offside rule would have cost me so many goals because you follow in on a shot and the goalie has touched it on to the post but you're offside."
16:18: Championship latest
Anthony Wordsworth levels for Ipswich at Vicarage Road against Watford. Maybe Mick McCarthy used a few carefully chosen words at half time because his side now stand every chance of nabbing a place in the play-offs by day's end. A win would see them move sixth.
16:16: GOAL- West Ham 0-1 Crystal Palace - Mile Jedinak penalty (59 mins)
The perfect penalty from Mile Jedinak - into the top left-hand corner. The Palace steamroller kicks into gear once again.
16:15: DISALLOWED GOAL- Cardiff 1-1 Stoke
Crazy scenes at the Cardiff City Stadium as Cardiff think they have taken a lead, only for their joy to be wiped out because of an offside flag.
Steven Caulker's first shot is saved by Asmir Begovic, with the ball rebounding to the England defender, whose second attempt bounces off the post.
The ball then loops up off Begovic and Juan Cala heads the ball into the net. However, he was standing in an offside position from Caulker's second shot and the assistant's flag ends any home celebrations.
16:15: PENALTY for Palace- West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
Cameron Jerome drives into the box and goes tumbling under Pablo Armero's challenge. A penalty, and the West Ham defender can have few complaints after clipping the striker's ankle.
16:14: West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
West Ham charge up the other end and Andy Carroll's shot is blocked by a sliding Crystal Palace defender. Tony Pulis loves those.
Cardiff 1-1 Stoke
BBC Wales's Bruce Pope at Cardiff City Stadium: "Wow, what a roar as Peter Whittingham holds his nerve to bring Cardiff level from the spot. Almost every Bluebirds fan is on their feet and the noise is deafening."
16:13: CLOSE!- Cardiff 1-1 Stoke
Cardiff nearly take a lead only seconds after equalising. Peter Whittingham scored a minute ago and is again involved. His free-kick is not cleared by the Stoke defence and the ball falls to Fraizer Campbell five yards from goal, but the striker misses the kick, and the ball, and the opportunity is wasted.
16:13: West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
You're better than that Jason Puncheon! The in-form Saints winger drives into the West Ham box but goes down as soon as he runs into a challenge. Get up. No penalty.
16:11: Cardiff 1-1 Stoke
Former Wales, Liverpool and Aston Villa striker Dean Saunders on BBC Radio 5 live: "That was a definite penalty for Cardiff but how long did it take to award it?
"It was a brainless challenge from Steven Nzonzi. He invited a challenge but it was a definite penalty."
16:11: Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
Luke Shaw turns on the burners once again and puts the ball into the box for Adam Lallana, but it's just behind the playmaker who can't readjust. A let-off for the hosts.
16:09: GOAL- Cardiff 1-1 Stoke - Peter Whittingham (penalty, 51 mins)
It is an equalising goal for Cardiff as Peter Whittingham side foots a penalty down the middle. Stoke goalkeeper Asmir Begovic, who dived to his left, gets a foot to the spot-kick but cannot keep it out of the net. That could be a massive goal for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.
16:08: PENALTY to Cardiff- Cardiff 0-1 Stoke
Fraizer Campbell nicks the ball away from Steven Nzonzi, who catches the striker and referee Howard Webb - after a lengthy think about it - points to the spot for the second time today.
16:08: Women's Champions League
Birmingham Ladies draw their Champions League semi-final first-leg 0-0 against Swedish side Tyreso. The Blues managed the threat of Brazilian Marta much more efficiently in the second half and almost took the lead through Jade Moore when she shot narrowly wide.
The second leg takes place in Sweden on 27 April.
16:08: West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
And West ham sweep up the other end, Stewart Downing picking out Andy Carroll at the back stick but the big man checks inside and his low shot dribbles wide.
16:07: West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace are not used to being kept in check, but West Ham are doing a good containing job so far as Yannick Bolasie almost gets in on goal but is blocked off the by the Hammers defence. Still, the Eagles are looking threatening.
16:05: Newcastle 1-1 Swansea
Newcastle's Dan Gosling finds some space at the back post and his half-volley from the edge of the penalty area is pushed wide for a corner by Swansea goalkeeper Michel Vorm. The corner comes to nothing though, although it is a bright start to the second half from the hosts.
16:05: Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
Better from Aston Villa after the break and Karim El Ahmadi is given a sight of goal following a poor clearance, but the Villa winger's effort is tame and easy for Artur Brouc to deal with.
16:02: Conference latest
Halifax Town are making the most of their game in hand over play-off chasing rivals as they lead Macclesfield Town 2-1. A win would give Town a four-point cushion over sixth placed Braintree.
Elsewhere, Forest Green are ahead against Woking, while Nuneaton and Barnet is goalless.

David Broome: Cardiff got what they deserved at the end of that half. Unforgivable to show no attacking intent in a game they have to win.
16:01: KICK-OFF
We're getting back under way in our 3pm kick-offs. A big 45 minutes ahead. We think.
16:00: Championship half times
Millwall are the big winners in the Championship as things stand at half time. A brace from Stefan Maierhofer has given them a two-goal lead at Middlesbrough and Ian Holloway's side are set to jump out of the relegation zone at the expense of his old team Blackpool.
Elsewhere, Leeds lead at second-bottom Barnsley, Ipswich trail away at Watford and Nottingham Forest are ahead against Birmingham thanks to Matt Derbyshire's early goal.
15:59: Alistair Mann, BBC Match of the Day commentator
HALF-TIME- Newcastle 1-1 Swansea
"There's disquiet among the Newcastle supporters. Shola Ameobi had given them the lead but they failed to build on it. Swansea dominated, and dominated the corner count as well, and in the end Swansea's equaliser came from one of those corners."

On Tim Sherwood's comments that Sandro is not playing well enough to be picked for Tottenham at the moment: "I thought at first Tim will have a problem with Sandro come Monday morning but in all honesty, if you are going to manage, do it on your own terms. You may as well, and in my opinion, not enough managers do so."
15:51: Manager reaction- Tottenham 3-1 Fulham
Tim Sherwood
Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood discussing a Tweet from Sandro (see 12:09 entry) explaining that he had been dropped and was not injured: "He's entitled to do what he wants. He's right, he's not injured. He's not good enough to play in my team at the moment and when I think that he is good enough he will play.
"I don't care about reputation. I like Sandro as a kid. He has got qualities but I am picking people ahead of him."

Felix Magath
Fulham manager Felix Magath: "If we had got a point here it would have been an extra point to us. We have to win our home games. We will stay up. I think we have to win our home games and if we win six points it could be enough.
"I'm confident, I'm sure we will stay up, because there were reasons why we weren't as good as Tottenham, but next week we will make it better.
"We unfortunately have three players injured or ill so we had to change the team and that made us a little bit uncertain. We were not quite good enough so I think Tottenham were the better team."

"Howard Webb didn't see it. He's looking around people's legs and it's contact in the box but the lad has played for a penalty."
15:49: HALF-TIME- Cardiff 0-1 Stoke
BBC Wales's Bruce Pope at Cardiff City Stadium: "What a hammer blow for Cardiff to concede a penalty moments before the break, having edged the first half. A chorus of boos from the home fans for that decision but Cardiff boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer now needs to produce one of the best half-time talks of his career."
15:49: League Two latest
Chaos at Fratton Park as Bristol Rovers' Matt Harold has grabbed his second of the day to make it 2-2 just moments after Portsmouth had retaken the lead. Rovers are currently only above the relegation zone on goal difference, while fellow strugglers Hartlepool are in trouble, they trail 1-0 at Burton Albion. Billy Kee's goal will almost certainly tie up a play-off place if it stays the same.
15:48: GOAL- Cardiff 0-1 Stoke - Marko Arnautovic (penalty, 45 mins)
Terrible news for Cardiff as Marko Arnautovic keeps his cool to send David Marshall the wrong way and put Stoke ahead. It is harsh on Cardiff who have performed well in the opening 45 minutes, but find themselves behind.
15:48: HALF-TIME- Newcastle 1-1 Swansea
How is that half-time cup of tea tasting?
15:47: MOTD's John Motson at Upton Park
HALF-TIME- West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
"Julian Speroni's save from Andy Carroll's header was the closest either side have come to a goal after the poignant pre-kick-off commemorations of the life of young striker Dylan Tombides."
15:47: PENALTY to Stoke
Controversy here at the Cardiff City Stadium as Peter Odemwingie is adjudged to have been fouled by Kim Bo-Kyung.
15:46: MOTD's Steve Bower at Villa Park
HALF-TIME- Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
"Southampton have had nearly 75% possession in this first half and for an away team that really encapsulates the mood around Villa Park at the moment. It was a brighter finish by Paul Lambert's side but most of it was nervy."
15:46: GOAL- Newcastle 1-1 Swansea - Wilfried Bony (45 mins)
We asked for a goal and we've got one. Wilfried Bony runs in from deep to head in from close-range following Ben Davies's corner. The visitors have seen a lot of the ball and are now on level terms.
15:45: Come on lads, give us some goals. We've had the equivalent of two whole games of football in the last three-quarters-of-an-hour and had just one goal.
15:44: HITS THE WOODWORK- Cardiff City 0-0 Stoke City
Only a great save from Asmir Begovic keeps the scores level at the Cardiff City Stadium. Peter Whittingham's excellent left-footed floated free-kick from 25 yards clears the Stoke wall but Begovic gets his fingers to the effort and pushes the ball onto the post.
15:44: Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
A collector's item at Villa Park: Adam Lallana loses the ball in the final third.
15:43: Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
Manchester United's David Moyes and Phil Neville are at Villa Park, presumably to check on the progress of Luke Shaw. The England youngster is looking lively down the left as Southampton continue to look the better side. Aston Villa are struggling to string two passes together at the moment.
15:42: Newcastle 1-0 Swansea
Swansea have not tested Newcastle goalkeeper Tim Krul yet and Jonjo Shelvey fluffs a 25-yard free-kick, dragging his effort well wide of Krul's goal. A horrible waste from the Swans midfielder.
15:41: West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
Dylan Tombides
Upton Park breaks into applause in honour of striker Dylan Tombides, who died yesterday, as the clock ticks into the 38th minute.
15:40: SUBSTITUTION- Newcastle 1-0 Swansea
Another injury for Newcastle. Luuk de Jong, who was heavily involved in the build-up to Shola Ameobi's goal, limps off and is replaced by Loic Remy. It is another blow for the hosts, who saw Papiss Cisse go off injured earlier in the first half.
15:39: Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
Aston Villa need to give the ball to Ryan Bertrand more often. The on-loan left-back is whipping in some decent deliveries from the left. The latest brings a corner which comes to nothing. Disappointment on the Villa bench. Shay Given is particularly animated, Gordon Cowans has seen it all before though.
15:38: Cardiff City 0-0 Stoke City
A decent move from Stoke as Marko Arnautovic cuts inside and tries to curl a shot into the top corner. But Cardiff do well to close him down, with three defenders jumping in to stop the effort.
15:37: West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
Mo Diame fancies a goal bonus this afternoon - I've never seen him so eager to get into the box. This time his angled drive is beaten away by Julian Speroni. The ball is eventually pumped back into the box and Andy Carroll's header is straight at the Palace keeper.
15:36: Championship latest
Lightning strikes twice in Middlesbrough as Stefan Maierhofer scores a second header of the day for Millwall. They lead 2-0 and are on track to jump out of the bottom three. With no defeat in four ahead of kick-off, momentum is with the Lions.
15:35: PENALTY APPEAL- West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
Andy Carroll hits the floor after going shoulder to shoulder with Mile Jedinak in the Crystal Palace box, but referee Martin Atkinson judges that is was a fair challenge. The Hammers are yet to cause the visiting defence much discomfort with their direct approach.
15:35: Newcastle 1-0 Swansea
Shola Ameobi scores for Newcastle
Cheick Tiote loses the ball 25 yards from his own goal and Swansea's Wilfried Bony, who has looked lively, jinks to create some space but his 25-yard shot is always going well wide.
15:33: GREAT SAVE!- Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
Goal! Surely? No, it's not! James Ward-Prowse whips in a good cross from the left and Nathan Baker inexplicably allows Steven Davis to shoot from eight yards out, but Brad Guzan anticipates superbly to get his body in the way and preserve his side's parity.
15:33: Cardiff City 0-0 Stoke City
Cardiff are on top at the Cardiff City Stadium but, so far, are struggling to break down an organised Stoke. Mats Moller Daehli is looking busy in the Bluebirds' midfield as the hosts play the ball around neatly without hurting Mark Hughes' side. Fraizer Campbell sees a shot from the edge of the area deflected over.
Having said that, Stoke have the best chance of the game as former Cardiff striker Peter Odemwingie has an 18-yard strike parried away by David Marshall.
15:32: YELLOW CARD- Newcastle 1-0 Swansea
Sub referee Anthony Taylor has only been in charge for 45 seconds but has already shown the first yellow card of the game. Newcastle's Dan Gosling is booked for a late challenge on Swansea's Wayne Routledge.
15:31: Cardiff City 0-0 Stoke City
BBC Wales's Bruce Pope at Cardiff City Stadium: "Mats Daehli is causing some real problems for Stoke as the little Norwegian darts around orchestrating things for Cardiff. Stephen Ireland is trying to do the same for the Potters but it's not quite flowing for the visitors yet."
15:30: SUBSTITUTION- Newcastle 1-0 Swansea
We are set to have a rare referee substitution at St James' Park. Chris Foy was floored when the ball smashed into his face early in the match (see 15:05 entry) and he is now having to come off. Fourth official Anthony Taylor will take over.
15:30: Championship latest
No one wants a Championship play-off place it seems. Yesterday we saw Reading, Brighton and Bournemouth drop points and now Ipswich trail at home to Watford. Albert Riera, yes, the guy who once played at Liverpool, has given the visitors the lead. A win would move Ipswich into sixth. Work to do though.

Julian Speroni of Crystal Palace makes a save from Andy Carroll of West Ham
Samuel Hodge: Palace v West Ham highlighting the huge difference between the managers' football styles. Pulis has evolved since early Stoke days.
Abhinav Reddy: Am I seeing things or did Newcastle just score in the Premier League ?
15:29: West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
Mo Diame takes aim from 25 yards out but Julian Speroni tips the ball over the bar. A top goalkeeper.
15:28: Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
The worrying thing for Aston Villa is that Southampton are stroking the ball about as though they are enjoying a training drill. Who's snapping into the tackle for the hosts? Get Gordon Cowans on.
15:26: Championship latest
Blackpool fans, look away now. Millwall have scored at Middlesbrough. Stefan Maierhofer nods in from close range. If it stays like that the Lions will move out of the bottom three at the Seasiders' expense. Meanwhile, second-bottom Barnsley have fallen behind to Leeds. Who else? Ross McCormack.
Garth Crooks, On Final Score
Newcastle 1-0 Swansea City
"Ameobi bullies one or two Swansea players out of it and kept his composure. I've seen him fluff opportunities like that. I would have expected the defenders to hold him up."
15:25: West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
A bit of mither at Upton Park when the whistle is blown and Joel Ward continues to play on, nibbling at Stewart Downing's ankles. Andy Carroll takes exception and Damien Delaney weighs in for Palace. Two big men, and neither back down as the referee is forced to defuse the situation. Nothing in it really.
15:23: GOAL- Newcastle 1-0 Swansea - Shola Ameobi (23 mins)
The hosts take the lead at St James' Park with Shola Ameobi's first league goal of the season. He flicks on a long ball forward and then collects an intelligent return pass from Luuk de Jong, before holding off a challenge and slotting the ball past Michel Vorm.
That is Ameobi's first league goal since December 2012.
15:22: Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
It's a tense atmosphere at Villa Park as Southampton continue to look the better team without fashioning too many chances.
15:20: Newcastle 0-0 Swansea
A half-chance for Swansea as Wilfried Bony is denied by excellent defending from Mike Williamson, who makes a vital block at the near post to deny the striker.
Newcastle forward Papiss Cisse is coming off, but he is not replaced by Loic Remy as expected. Defender Mathieu Debuchy comes on with Vurnon Anita moving into a more advanced position.
15:21: League Two latest
Bristol Rovers, who are one place above the relegation zone in League Two, fall behind to an early Adam Webster goal at Portsmouth. Pompey are not yet safe themselves. A win would move them seven points clear of the drop with nine to play for.
15:20: PENALTY APPEAL- West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace are good aren't they? They're turning the screw on West Ham now, with Scott Dann's header being deflected over. From the resulting short corner, Adrian Mariappa's shot is blocked by Kevin Nolan who leans across and appears to obstruct the ball's path to goal with his upper arm. Penalty? Martin Atkinson's having none of it.
15:17: Newcastle 0-0 Swansea
Swansea's Jordi Amat and Newcastle's Yoan Gouffran
Newcastle could be forced into an early change as Papiss Cisse needs treatment on the sidelines. The striker had picked up an injury in the opening three minutes when, under no pressure, he turned and then started limping. Loic Remy is warming up and may be coming on soon. In terms of action on the pitch, it has been a very nervous and cagey start from both teams.
15:18: Championship latest
The brunt of the action may have taken place yesterday, but in Millwall and Barnsley, two sides threatened by the drop are in Championship action today. The Lions are in action away at Middlesbrough, while the Tykes take on Leeds in a frenetic Yorkshire derby. No goals in either game so far. Blackpool, beaten yesterday, occupy the spot above the relegation zone. Their fans will be keeping a nervous eye on scores today.
15:17: West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
TP's Eagles are just getting going and Kagisho Dikgacoi goes close with a header from a corner which is cleared off the line by Andy Carroll.
15:15: Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
Ryan Bertrand whips in a nice cross from the left but it's easily cleared. This is better from Villa who, at one stage, had enjoyed just 14% possession.
15:13: Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
Aston Villa's coaching staff
Poor from Aston Villa. They break through Gabriel Agbonlahor but the striker's heavy touch allows Jose Fonte time to get across and clear the danger. Paul Lambert makes some notes. "Extra work on first touch for Gabby on Monday and Tuesday."
15:10: Scottish Premiership latest
St Mirren are already ahead against Hibernian, scoring after 13 seconds in what BBC Radio Scotland commentator John Barnes suggests could be the quickest goal in Scottish top-flight history. A high ball into the Hibs penalty box almost straight from kick-off is knocked down by Steven Thompson and Kenny McLean drives in from 12 yards. A defeat would drag Terry Butcher's Hibs into the battle to avoid a relegation play-off.
15:09: West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
All West Ham at Upton Park as Andy Carroll heads over Kevin Nolan's cross to the back stick. Crystal Palace, in yellow today, are struggling to get hold of the ball.
15:08: Cardiff City 0-0 Stoke City
Cardiff make a bright start in their must-win match at home to Stoke. Mats Moller Daehli cuts into the penalty area but his shot bounces off Stoke defender Ryan Shawcross.
Daehli is then involved again as his through ball finds Jordon Mutch, although the attacking midfielder should do better than the weak sidefooted effort that he produces, which is easily saved by Asmir Begovic.
15:08: Cardiff City 0-0 Stoke
Former Wales, Liverpool and Aston Villa striker Dean Saunders on BBC Radio 5 live: It's not a big shock that with four matches remaining there's a chance of Cardiff being relegated, the only surprise is they've got red shirts on.
"Cardiff are definitely the better team so far but they have to take one of these chances."
15:08: Cardiff City v Stoke City (15:00 BST)
BBC Wales's Bruce Pope at Cardiff City Stadium: "Bright start by Cardiff who look intent on taking the game to their visitors. Mats Daehli twists his way into the area but his shot is deflected behind for a corner, then Jordon Mutch fires straight at Asmir Begovic. Both sets of fans are in good voice, with the Potters supporters matching the larger number of home fans in volume."
15:06: West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
West Ham are making the early running, with Stewart Downing putting in a couple of early crosses from deep. No joy so far though.

Daniel Lynch: Lambert's hands are tied by a miserly owner. Lerner started well, got his hands burnt. Lambert with board support will be fine.
Nath: Villa will survive. Just. I'd like to see Lambert with a fatter wallet.
15:05: Championship Latest
The first goal in the Championship has arrived at the City Ground where Matt Derbyshire has put Nottingham Forest ahead against Birmingham City. Forest have slim hopes of making the play-offs but the goal will heighten nerves for their visitors, who sit just three points above the relegation zone.
15:05: Aston Villa 0-0 Southampton
A typically lively start from the Saints sees Luke Shaw race down the left and put in a cross which Rickie Lambert steers straight into the arms of Brad Guzan. That was some serious pace down the flanks from Shaw, but is he as quick as Gareth Bale? I heard the Welshman clocked around 25mph when he scored the winning goal in the Copa Del Rey the other night.
15:05: Newcastle 0-0 Swansea
Referee Chris Foy looks like he has just taken a punch from Floyd Mayweather as he is floored at St James' Park. A powerful shot from Jonjo Shelvey bounces off Fabricio Coloccini and straight into the referee's face. The official hits the deck, but is soon able to carry on.
15:03: Dylan Tombides- West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
West Ham have marked the passing of 20-year-old striker Dylan Tombides with a minute's applause during which his father Jim and brother Taylor carry his number 38 shirt to the centre-spot, raise it to the sky and then lay it on the ground. The number 38 will be retired in his memory.
15:02: Birmingham Ladies 0-0 Tyreso
It's goalless at half-time in the first leg of the women's Champions League semi-final between Birmingham City and Tyreso. The English side are underdogs for the two-legged affair and they have come under pressure from five-time world player of the year Marta who has been at the heart of much of the Swedish side's good work.
15:00: KICK-OFF
Right then, let's play. Where's our early goal coming from?
14:57: Aston Villa v Southampton (1500 BST)
A quick question for Aston Villa fans: do you think Paul Lambert has improved the side this season? I ask because Villa's tally of 34 points from 33 games is the same as last season.
The club appear to be sliding into a bit of trouble late on in the season, and have suspended two members of the manager's coaching staff this week.
There have been reports that an American consortium, fronted by two billionaires, wants to buy the club but only if they stay in the Premier League. Suddenly, today's visit of Southampton is given even more importance.
14:54: West Ham v Crystal Palace (15:00 BST)
There's been some cracking stats surrounding Crystal Palace this week. We now all know that they would be eighth in the table if the table was defaulted to when Tony Pulis took charge.
Big teams continue to come a cropper against the Eagles and, if they beat West Ham this afternoon, they will equal their top-flight record of five league wins in a row, set in December 1992.
Those were the days, eh Palace fans? The days of Gareth Southgate and Eric Young at the back, Geoff Thomas in midfield and Chris Armstrong up front. Halcyon indeed.
14:53: Tributes to Tombides- West Ham v Crystal Palace (15:00 BST)
@whufc_official
It will be an emotional afternoon at Upton Park, where West Ham will hold a minute's applause before kick-off following the news that striker Dylan Tombides has died at the age of 20.
Yesterday, the club announced Tombides, who made one senior appearance after signing as a 15-year-old, had died "following his brave battle with cancer".
They said the Australia-born player, diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2011, "will be hugely missed by all who had the honour of knowing him".
14:51: Tottenham 3-1 Fulham
Tottenham v Fulham
Tottenham only had five shots on target at White Hart Lane, but some shocking defending by Fulham from set-pieces proved crucial as Spurs secured the three points.

Nizaam Cariem: Liverpool's rise to the top even more remarkable considering none of their new signing have made a real positive impact.
Adam Gwalchmai: Worst signing of the season? Look no further than Scott Sinclair at the Albion! Can't even get on our bench at the minute.
Ben Turner: What about Mathieu Flamini? Absolute rock in midfield for Arsenal this season and we got him for free
14:49: Cardiff City v Stoke City (15:00 BST)
Former Wales striker Dean Saunders on BBC Radio 5 live: "A lot of damage has probably been done. The owner put some money in and, I'm joking here, but when you look at how high he pulls his trousers up he's going to make bad decisions about other things as well."
14:48: Cardiff City v Stoke City (15:00 BST)
Cardiff City are another team who know nothing other than three points today will be good enough. It's been a week where the club have been in the headlines - this time because it appears their team was leaked to Crystal Palace before the two sides met earlier in the season.
However, they must put that behind them against Stoke this afternoon. And they will do so, with many hailing goalkeeper David Marshall as one of the best in the Premier League.
"He's going to play a big part in Cardiff staying up," said former England goalkeeper Peter Shilton earlier this week. Meanwhile, his team-mate Kevin McNaughton says the Scot is a "top-four" keeper.
Agree? Let me know…
14:47: Tight at the bottom of the league- Tottenham 3-1 Fulham
So Fulham remain two points adrift of safety after their 3-1 defeat at Tottenham. Cardiff will move up to 18th if they beat Stoke, but need to win by a seven-goal margin to move above 17th-placed Norwich on goal difference.
Bottom of the Premier League
Alternatively, Cardiff will drop to the bottom if they lose and Sunderland beat Chelsea in the late kick-off.
14:46: Cardiff City v Stoke City (15:00 BST)
Cardiff manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on BBC Radio 5 live: "We know what we need to do. We did well last week and I've picked the same team so we haven't had to tweak tactical stuff. They're ready.
"This has been a quiet week by our standards. The players have really focused on the football and we've just looked at this game.
"I absolutely love it. I could have had an easy life with a sea view at home but I love games that matter and situations that depend on your team. When it matters everyone feels alive."
14:45: Newcastle v Swansea (15:00 BST)
It's fair to say things have gone a little sour at St James' Park in recent weeks, so much so that manager Alan Pardew is getting told by children in the street that he's getting sacked this weekend.
"I have not hid away from it," Pardew told the Newcastle Chronicle."I have been out on the town all week.
"I've plenty of kids telling me I won't be here after Saturday, our fans. You can't hide. That's my message - there is no place to hide."
How the Magpies need three points against Swansea this afternoon.
14:43: Let's plough ahead with previewing our 3pm kick-offs then...
14:43: Scottish Premiership latest
Motherwell and Celtic share the spoils in a thrilling 3-3 draw at Fir Park after two late goals, one for both sides. Substitute Leigh Griffiths looked to have given Celtic, who had been 2-0 down, victory when he stole in behind the home defence. However, John Sutton rescued a point by sliding in for his second goal of the game following a Lionel Ainsworth cross. It means that Well move back to within three points of second-top Aberdeen.
14:42: Tottenham 3-1 Fulham
Thanks Michael. Everyone enjoying their Easter weekend so far? Hopefully your team doesn't spoil it over the next two hours! This little stat (31 set-piece goals conceded) will be keeping a few Fulham supporters awake at night.

Tony McGhin: I'm a Sunderland fan and I have to say Jason Puncheon is worthy of signing of the season for digging Palace out of trouble.
Adam Brand: Fernandinho at Manchester City has to be the signing of the season. Everton have made some great loan deals as well.
Sam Payne: Tom Huddlestone has to be the bargain of the season. £5m for a pivotal player in Hull's impressive season.
Clive Allen, BBC Radio 5 live
Tottenham 3-1 Fulham
"If you analyse this game, the Hugo Lloris contribution has been big and maybe the 3-1 scoreline flatters Spurs a little.
"The difference was the quality three crosses that Fulham couldn't deal with. They had chances and didn't take them. Lloris was in good form and Tottenham just about did enough to win the game."
14:35: FULL-TIME- Tottenham 3-1 Fulham
A job well done for Tim Sherwood's side. They keep up their hopes of claiming a top-four finish, although they need Arsenal and Everton to drop points between now and the end of the season.
Fulham's hopes of avoiding relegation take another setback, but they still have three games left to save themselves.

Saikat Nandy: Martinez's Romelu Lukaku deal surely has been best signing. Mesut Ozil is the worst as he is class but a mismatch to the Premier League's fast pace and fight.
Stuart Atkins: It has to be James McCarthy, Everton's loss to Palace highlighted how vital he has been to their success.
George: Marko Arnautovic and Peter Odemwingie signings of the season, cost next to nothing and have transformed Stoke.
14:32: BBC Final Score
Final Score is just starting up on the red button and at the top of this page. Mark Chapman is joined by Garth Crooks and Danny Mills.
14:31: FULL-TIME- Leicester 1-0 QPR
All over at the King Power Stadium. Leicester move closer to winning the Championship title as QPR missed the chance to seal a play-off place.
David Nugent scored the only goal, firing past keeper Rob Green from 12 yards before QPR defender Benoit Assou-Ekotto received a second booking.
QPR had several chances with Yun Suk-Young and Niko Kranjcar forcing decent saves from Kasper Schmeichel.
14:30: SUBSTITUTION- Tottenham 3-1 Fulham
Christian Eriksen comes off for Tottenham after an eventful afternoon that has seen him create two goals and also concede a penalty, which was then saved by Hugo Lloris. Andros Townsend is the man who comes on.

Charlie in York: Wilfried Bony has to be one of the best signings of the season. Swansea would be in the relegation zone without him.
Camron: Leandro Bacuna has got to be up there for bargain of the season. Without his goals Villa would be certainties for the drop.
Tom in Harrow: Yes, Eriksen is easily the best signing made in the Premier League this season based on his value and quality, but Soldado is equally by far the worst signing made in the league. He would struggle in most Championship sides.
14:26: Tottenham 3-1 Fulham
Emmanuel Adebayor tries to look for substitute Roberto Soldado in the penalty area but the chance is wasted as the Spanish striker's shot is comfortably blocked.

Swansea City make two changes to the team which lost to Chelsea last Sunday, with Jonathan de Guzman and Jordi Amat replacing suspended Chico Flores and forward Nathan Dyer.

Robert Johnson: Eriksen may be the best signing of the season. The trouble is everyone else Spurs bought is in a tie for the worst buys.
James Burrows: Dejan Lovren or James McCarthy for signing of the season, Southampton and Everton are different teams without them in their line-ups.
Matthew Shaw: Adrian for West Ham was free so he has to be the best value signing with outstanding performances since starting.
14:23: Tottenham 3-1 Fulham
Ten minutes left at White Hart Lane. Can Fulham recover from that penalty miss and get themselves back into the game? Spurs drew their last game 3-3, but will the same happen again this week?
14:22: As it stands- Tottenham 3-1 Fulham
Top of the Premier League
Tottenham are on their way to collecting three points and if the result stays as it is then they will move four points off the top four. However, Arsenal in fourth and fifth-placed Everton will have played a game less.

14:19: West Ham v Crystal Palace (15:00 BST)
Kevin Nolan returns to captain West Ham after recovering from a hamstring injury. He replaces Antonio Nocerino in midfield while George McCartney's inclusion at the expense of Guy Demel is the only other change to the starting line-up that lost 3-1 to Arsenal on Monday. Andy Carroll continues up front with Matt Jarvis and Stewart Downing feeding the striker from the flanks.
Crystal Palace make just one change to the team that inflicted only Everton's second home defeat of the season on Tuesday with Kagisho Dikgacoi in for the injured Marouane Chamakh. South African international Dikgacoi will partner Mile Jedinak in the centre of midfield with Cameron Jerome on his own in attack.
14:19: MISSED PENALTY - Steve Sidwell (Fulham)
Disaster for Fulham as Steve Sidwell's spot kick is straight down the middle and Hugo Lloris is in the way to push the ball away. Sidwell netted in the first half but has just wasted a glorious chance to get his side back into the match.
It is a good save from the Tottenham goalkeeper as Sidwell's shot was powerful but the Frenchman stuck up a hand to keep the ball out of the net.
14:18: PENALTY to Fulham
Christian Eriksen has made two goals but handles in his own penalty area.

Hugo in Birmingham: IF Spurs win their remaining games (all winnable to an extent) they will finish on 72 points. That is exactly how many they finished with last year with Bale. Wouldn't that indicate they have at least maintained the team with that £100 million? Not all doom and gloom.
Adrian in Cumbria: People keep saying Spurs are having a poor season. If we win today and also win the last three games (all against teams in the bottom half), we will have a record points haul for the club and probably have two managers sacked. Goodness knows what a manager has to do to keep their job at Spurs under Levy.

14:12: Signing of the season?
Christian Eriksen has been instrumental in Tottenham's performance so far today with two assists. The Denmark midfielder has also scored 10 goals in all competitions from midfield since his £11.5m move from Ajax at the end of August.
So has he been the best signing the Premier League has seen this season? If not, who has been better and why? Also, who has been the worst signing of the season?

Cardiff City v Stoke City (15:00 BST)
BBC Wales's Bruce Pope at Cardiff City Stadium: The lunchtime Beef Rendang - one advantage of having a club with Malaysian owners - on offer at Cardiff goes everywhere as Spurs go two goals clear, much to everyone's delight. Outside the ground the Stoke team bus has arrived and Peter Odemwingie - who left Cardiff for Stoke this season with Kenwyne Jones coming the other way - proves popular with the autograph hunters. He won't be so popular if he scores against his former team this afternoon..."
14:09: Cardiff City v Stoke City (15:00 BST)
Fresh from their 1-0 win at Southampton, Cardiff City are unchanged for the visit of Stoke City as they bid to close a three-point gap between themselves and 17th-placed Norwich. Fraizer Campbell will lead the line for the Bluebirds, while Stoke, with four wins from five outings, are also unchanged from the side which beat Newcastle United 1-0 last weekend.
Steven Caulker and Ryan Shawcross at the heart of each defence are two of only three players in the Premier League to play every minute this season.

Stavros Makrozacho: Fulham's defence is an insult to the word 'defence'.
Harry Hopwood: Christian Eriksen's set pieces have been an absolute revelation for Spurs this year.
Jake Murray: There's actually a cheer when Spurs defend successfully now. Tells the story of our season.
14:06: Scottish Premiership latest- Motherwell 2-2 Celtic
Minutes after Motherwell have an effort cleared off the Celtic line, the champions are level after 55 minutes at Fir Park. Anthony Stokes' volley is flicked past goalkeeper Gunnar Nielsen from four yards by Georgios Samaras inside a crowded penalty box. It is now 2-2.

14:06: Aston Villa v Southampton (1500 BST)
Aston Villa will once again rely on Gabriel Agbonlahor and Andreas Weimann to score the goals which will fire them out of relegation trouble.
Southampton make four changes to their team, with Artur Boruc, Nathaniel Clyne, James Ward-Prowse and Victor Wanyama all starting at Villa Park.
14:06: Clive Allen, BBC Radio 5 live
Tottenham 3-1 Fulham
"It was fantastic delivery again from Eriksen, absolutely perfect. The pace of the ball was so difficult for everybody to deal with.
"The goalkeeper came for it but it was the pace and the way it was whipped across gave him no chance of getting to it."
You can listen to the match live on BBC Radio 5 live.
14:03: GOAL- Tottenham 3-1 Fulham - Younes Kaboul (62 mins)
Fulham do not learn their lesson from the first half when Paulinho tapped in from Christian Eriksen's free-kick.
Another set piece is floated into the penalty area by the Danish midfielder and this time Younes Kaboul is left unmarked to prod the ball into the net from close range.
It was a needless free-kick conceded by Fulham as Johnny Heitinga chopped down Danny Rose, with the Fulham man shown a yellow card for a clumsy and cynical challenge.
That is the 31st time Fulham have conceded a goal from set pieces this season. If they go down, that will be a massive reason why.

Harry Kane celebrates scoring
Malachi: Harry Kane has scored more in the last three games than Suarez and Sturridge have in the last four.
Matt Morley: If we'd gone with Kane over Soldado at the start of the season we'd be fighting for the title right now.
14:01: CLOSE!- Tottenham 2-1 Fulham
A chance for Tottenham to move 3-1 ahead as Nacer Chadli's cross is headed on by an unmarked Zeki Fryers. But the effort goes wide of the post. The hosts are looking to wrap this game up.
14:00: Clive Allen, BBC Radio 5 live
Tottenham 2-1 Fulham
"Scotty Parker will be disappointed because this shape suits his play and he did a fantastic job for his team in the first-half."

13:59: Conference update
Local rivals Chester and Wrexham play out a goalless draw at the Deva Stadium in the Conference. The point for Chester leaves them two clear of the relegation zone with two games remaining.
Meanwhile, already promoted Luton are not taking their foot off the gas, they lead 1-0 at Welling through Mark Cullen's goal with around 20 minutes remaining.
13:58: SUBSTITUTION- Tottenham 2-1 Fulham
Scott Parker has worked hard against his former side but comes off for Fulham and is replaced by 37-year-old midfielder Giorgos Karagounis.
13:55: Cardiff v Stoke (15:00 BST)
BBC Wales's Bruce Pope at Cardiff City Stadium: "Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's programme notes this afternoon are a rallying call to the fans, with the Cardiff manager promising 'belief' and 'focus' from his players.
"The Norwegian also asks those in the stands to offer the same with 'noise, passion and perhaps a little patience'. Ah, playing the old 12th man card early then - every little helps."

Steve: Hard to see Soldado getting a game any time soon if Kane keeps this form.
Tarl Smith: Lennon gets some abuse for his deliveries but that was class... with his left peg as well!
13:53: RED CARD- Leicester 1-0 QPR
Benoit Assou-Ekotto is sent off for a second bookable offence to make QPR's task that much harder.
13:54: GREAT SAVE!- Tottenham 2-1 Fulham
In the first half Tottenham's lead only lasted 90 seconds and Fulham nearly produce another instant response to falling behind.
John Arne Riise's cross from the left is met by a powerful header by Hugo Rodallega but Spurs goalkeeper Hugo Lloris produces an excellent, acrobatic save to push the goal-bound effort over the crossbar.
13:52: Former Tottenham striker Clive Allen, BBC Radio 5 live
Tottenham 2-1 Fulham
"Kane's got goalscoring ability. He's showed it coming through and given the opportunity and chances he will score goals. He will take chances.
"He's a confident young man and a smart centre-forward. I worked with him for a number of years and he's scored goals throughout all the levels. I would hope Tottenham take control of the game now."
You can also follow the match on BBC Radio 5 live.
13:49: GOAL- Tottenham 2-1 Fulham - Harry Kane (48 mins)
A great start to the second half for the hosts. Aaron Lennon, playing on the right wing, cuts back inside to cross left-footed and his floated delivery into the penalty area is met by Harry Kane, who glances a header into the net for his third goal in three games.

Chris in Plymouth: Before Levy, we were a mediocre mid-to-lower table side. Since Levy we have had regular European football and two fourth-place finishes. He deserves some credit.
Paul in London: A little perspective on Spurs. This barely constitutes a reserve team. Not a single first choice defender, no Sandro, Lamela, Soldado, Capoue. Who wouldn't struggle with 75% of the team out?
Matt in Exeter: Steve Sidwell has been the driving force behind Fulham this season. With eight Premier League goals to his name, Sidwell should get a lot of credit if Fulham survive this season.
13:48: KICK-OFF- Tottenham 1-1 Fulham
The second half is under way at White Hart Lane. Will Fulham be able to leave the relegation zone? They need to score again and win the match to do so.
13:47: Cardiff v Stoke (15:00 BST)
BBC Wales's Bruce Pope at Cardiff City Stadium: "There is still an atmosphere of relative calm at Cardiff City Stadium at the moment with kick-off some way off. That is sure to change this afternoon as another crucial chapter of the Bluebirds' relegation chapter unfolds against Stoke.
"The early arrivals are busying themselves keeping track of the score between Tottenham and Fulham, Cardiff's relegation rivals, in the day's early kick-off - a few muted cheers for Spurs opener, quickly followed by the groans as Fulham fashion an immediate reply."

Shrewd managerial changes?
Tim: Karanka is doing a good job at Middlesbrough, sorted the defence and it looks positive for next season. A good appointment we were looking doomed under Mowbray.
Sam in Bournemouth: For all the praise Tony Pulis is getting, Ian Holloway deserves immense credit and respect for stepping down before it was too late for us. It takes real strength to admit you aren't up to a challenge and give someone else the chance.
13:43: GOAL- Leicester 1-0 QPR - David Nugent (68 mins)
David Nugent scores his 19th league goal of the season to put hosts Leicester 1-0 ahead against QPR.
The Foxes forward was played in by Daniel Drinkwater and, after outpacing the QPR defence, he fired across Rob Green and into the far corner of the net. Neat finish to put the Championship leaders in front.
13:43: John Motson, BBC Match of the Day commentator
West Ham v Crystal Palace (15:00 BST)
"The threat of relegation has been hanging over these two London clubs for much of the season, but I believe they are both now assured of their Premier League places.
"When Tony Pulis was appointed at Palace, the club were six points from safety. Since taking charge, he has overseen 10 wins and done the almost unthinkable by achieving safety with four games to go.
"Sam Allardyce's West Ham team may only be on 37 points, but they sit comfortably in 12th place and have nothing to worry about."
13:42: Alistair Mann, BBC Match of the Day commentator
Newcastle v Swansea (15:00 BST)
"Though by no means the classic 'six-pointer', this game brings together two sides whose need for victory is overwhelming, albeit for contrasting reasons.
"After a dreadful four-game losing streak without even scoring, the hosts need a pick-me-up to quell the increasing levels of unrest which have become all too prevalent.
"Swansea's recent results have been abject, with just one win in nine - a run which has now seen them become one of the pack that those in the bottom three have targeted for their escape."
13:41: John Roder, Match of the Day commentator
Cardiff v Stoke (15:00 BST)
"Cardiff's victory at Southampton last weekend may have been unexpected, but it was certainly a welcome boost to their hopes of top-flight survival.
"Now Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team face Stoke, with Mark Hughes aiming to seal a top-10 spot for the Potters in his first season in charge, which would be their best-ever Premier League finish.
"But it's another must-win game for Cardiff, who have lost eight times at home this season."
13:40: Steve Bower, BBC Match of the Day commentator
Aston Villa v Southampton (15:00 BST)
"If ever a club needing a lift after a testing week then it is Aston Villa after they announced manager Paul Lambert's long-term assistant Ian Culverhouse and head of football operations Gary Karsa had been suspended.
"Lambert will want to return to matters on the field and try and secure the win they need to remove any relegation jitters.
"Southampton, meanwhile, have made giant strides, but after losing three of their last four matches will be determined for the remainder of the season not to just fade away."
13:39: What else is coming up?
We have four games in the Premier League at 15:00 BST. Here are the thoughts of our Match of the Day commentators ahead of those matches.
13:38: Scottish Premiership latest- Motherwell 2-1 Celtic
Two goals in a minute at Fir Park leave Motherwell 2-1 ahead at half-time against Celtic. The champions showed vulnerability at the back for a second time when Virgil van Dijk failed to deal with a ball lofted into the penalty box and Zaine Francis-Angol stole in to score from close range.
However, Celtic reduced the deficit with a stroke of fortune. It is unclear whether Anthony Stokes meant to score as his cross-come-shot curled in off the back post.
You can follow the action on our Scottish live text.
13:35: Clive Allen, BBC Radio 5 live
Tottenham 1-1 Fulham
"Spurs have only had one or two half chances and offered very little other than a decent save by David Stockdale and the goal.
"After taking the lead you'd have hoped the would dominate the game but it was a quick response from Fulham and they got what they deserved from their first-half performance."
You can listen to the second-half live on BBC Radio 5 live.
13:34: Steve Wilson, BBC Match of the Day commentator
HALF-TIME- Tottenham 1-1 Fulham
"You would have to say the way Fulham have approached the first half that they deserve to go in on level terms. They have certainly given the Spurs defence something to think about."
13:32: HALF-TIME- Tottenham 1-1 Fulham
So we are all level at White Hart Lane. The first half took a while to warm up but two goals inside three minutes have left it 1-1 at the break.

Musa in Peckham: Steve Sidwell with a lesson to everybody why not to dive. What a great goal.
Andrew: The Spurs board do like to throw money at a problem when sometimes intelligence and bravery would be better. A change of chairman would be better for Spurs than a change in manager.
John: Can I remind all the Harry lovers to look at the two end of season collapses under him. It is worth noting also that Modric missed a lot of the Champions League qualifying season with a broken leg."
13:28: As it stands- Tottenham 1-1 Fulham
How vital will that Steve Sidwell goal prove for Fulham? If it stays like this, Felix Magath's side will remain in the bottom three, but will move one point behind 17th-placed Norwich, who entertain Liverpool on Sunday.
Premier League table
13:23:
Clive Allen, BBC Radio 5 live
Tottenham 1-1 Fulham
Steve Sidwell (centre) scores for Fulham
"It was always a dangerous position but Eriksen delivered the perfect free-kick. It was a great cross, good delivery and a fantastic finish.
"The Fulham players were asking who was marking him and there was no-one marking him. It looks an easy finish but he had to make sure and it was a fantastic cross from Eriksen.
"Felix Magath isn't smiling but he must be delighted with the quick equaliser. Sidwell strolled through the Spurs defence and had great composure. The defensive work from Spurs was very poor and Tim Sherwood is saying players should have got a challenge in."
You can hear the match live on BBC Radio 5 live.
13:22: KICK-OFF- Leicester 0-0 QPR
Meanwhile, some way north of White Hart Lane play resumes at the King Power Stadium.
13:21: GOAL- Tottenham 1-1 Fulham - Steve Sidwell (37 mins)
Tottenham are in front for only 90 seconds. Zeki Fryers makes a hash of an attempted clearance and the ball falls to Steve Sidwell, who has run into the box and he produces a composed finish to steer the ball past Hugo Lloris and into the Tottenham net. That's Sidwell's eighth goal of the season, which is a fantastic return from a midfielder in a struggling team.
13:19: GOAL- Tottenham 1-0 Fulham - Paulinho (35 mins)
Edward [see tweet below], you can take credit for that one. Christian Eriksen's whipped in free-kick from the right wing causes problems for the Fulham defence and Paulinho is in the right position to bundle the ball over the line from close range.
Join the debate at #bbcfootball
Edward Herbert: Ever since he got that injury at Stoke, Paulinho just hasn't been the same player. He's looking poor once again today.
Simon Taylor: Spurs haven't conceded yet - things are looking up!
Andrew Smith: Rafael Benitez should be the next Spurs manager.
Keep your thoughts coming in to us on the match, Tim Sherwood's future and how your club has fared after replacing their manager.

Mark in Nottingham: If Spurs were a colour they'd be magnolia. Painfully average and uninspiring all over the pitch. Way too many bland players.
Alex in Radlett: The problem lies with the chairman who gets a bigger smile selling a player for profit than seeing his team win three points. Never thought we'd be the sort of club calling for a change of chairman, but we're all fed up.
13:16: Scottish Premiership latest- Motherwell 1-0 Celtic
John Sutton gives Motherwell a surprise lead over Scottish Premiership leaders Celtic after only four minutes at Fir Park.
Defender Efe Ambrose makes a mess of an attempted headed clearance and Fraser Forster also looks slow to react as the English striker drives the ball under the goalkeeper's body for his 20th goal of the season.
Celtic squander a chance to equalise after 20 minutes. Iain Vigurs trips Anthony Stokes inside the penalty box, but top scorer Kris Commons is denied a 28th goal of the season as Gunnar Nielsen produces a superb save from the spot kick.

More time for Sherwood? Fresh hopes for Fulham? Keep them coming.
Lewis in cheshunt: Tim Sherwood deserves a proper chance here. Give him a pre season and full season then judge him. Constant changes do not work new manager and we can write off next season too.
Andrew: Massive afternoon ahead for Fulham Football Club, a win against Tottenham this afternoon could see them safe given Norwich's awful run-in. It'll be a huge ask for Fulham to leave White Hart Lane with three points, but given the surprise nature of this season's Premier League, it could all happen.
13:11: HITS THE WOODWORK- Tottenham 0-0 Fulham
Aaron Lennon hits the Fulham post from close range after they failed to deal with Christian Eriksen's cross from the left wing. It is a great save from Fulham goalkeeper David Stockdale, who gets a faint touch to divert the ball onto the woodwork.
Stockdale spares the blushes of team-mate Brede Hangeland, who lost the ball to Paulinho in the build-up to the move before Eriksen's delivery into the penalty area.
13:10: Clive Allen, BBC Radio 5 live
Tottenham 0-0 Fulham
"Fulham's set up and shape is good. They've got that extra man in midfield and they've denied Spurs the opportunity to get the ball into the front player and on the counter attack they have a threat.
"There's a confidence, a belief, an urgency and a desire about the way they're playing. The changes haven't affected the way Fulham have gone about this. Tim Sherwood will be disappointed with the way his team has started."
You can listen to the match live on BBC Radio 5 live.
13:09: HALF-TIME- Leicester 0-0 QPR
A goalless first half at the King Power Stadium. Leicester are inching closer to the Championship title, while QPR may already have the play-offs on their mind.
13:04: CLOSE!- Tottenham 0-0 Fulham
The best chance of the game so far falls to Tottenham's Younes Kaboul who is unmarked 10 yards from goal, but his powerful header narrowly goes over David Stockdale's crossbar.
At the other end Hugo Rodallega has an opportunity after the ball deflects into his path but Hugo Lloris is quick off his goalline to steer the shot away for a corner, which comes to nothing.
13:02: Former Tottenham striker Clive Allen on BBC Radio 5 live
Tottenham 0-0 Fulham
"Felix Magath's smiling, He must be happy with the start his team has made. The way Steve Sidwell got in the box then shows why he's Fulham's top goal-scorer this season."
You can listen to the match live on BBC Radio 5 live.
13:01: Tottenham 0-0 Fulham
Little excitement for the fans to enjoy at White Hart Lane so far, with neither goalkeeper being tested yet.
Fulham have a half-chance as they break down the left wing but Alex Kacaniklic's cross is a few inches too high for Steve Sidwell, who leaps high but lands badly after failing to make contact. But the midfielder brushes himself down and is able to carry on.
12:57: Championship update- Leicester 0-0 QPR
Leicester go so close to the opener after Andy King rounds Rob Green but Nedum Onuoha clears his shot off the line. That is the closest either side has come to breaking the deadlock at the King Power Stadium.

Has your club changed manager this season? Has it made a difference and why?
Darren Brown: Airdrie were four points adrift at the bottom when Gary Bollan took charge. Now joint seventh, eight points from the bottom.
Dave H: Cardiff changed manager, made it worse. Pity the owner stayed.
12:52: Tottenham 0-0 Fulham
Tottenham's Paulinho (left) and Scott Parker of Fulham
A painful one for Fulham's Scott Parker as he gets a dead leg following a heavy challenge from Emmanuel Adebayor. But Parker will not want to leave the field against his former side and, after treatment, battles on.
12:49: Tottenham 0-0 Fulham
We mentioned earlier that it was time for your strikers to stop having shots that went off for a throw-in. Well, Fulham's Hugo Rodallega comes close to achieving that.
John Arne Riise's speculative punt forward saw Rodallega get clear of the Tottenham defence, but with only Hugo Lloris to beat, his first-time shot from 30 yards heads miles wide, threatening the corner flag more than the back of the net.
A good chance for the visitors wasted and one to laugh at on Match of the Day later on.
12:46: KICK-OFF- Tottenham v Fulham
We are under way at White Hart Lane. It is a big 90 minutes for both Tottenham and Fulham. Can Spurs move closer to securing a top six spot and can Fulham get the three points they need to move themselves out of the bottom three?
12:44: Former Spurs striker Clive Allen on BBC Radio 5 live
Tottenham v Fulham (12:45 BST)
"Under Harry Redknapp we finished fourth, fifth and fourth and got to the quarter-finals of the Champions League but that looks a long way off for this Spurs squad.
"Modric has departed, Bale is at Real Madrid and you don't replace those players easily. It's priceless to replace that quality. The faithful here will be bitterly disappointed at how this season has unfolded and it looks likely to be all change again at White Hart Lane."
12:41: Championship update- Leicester 0-0 QPR
QPR are having the better of things at Leicester with Yun Suk-Young and Niko Kranjcar both forcing routine saves from home goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel. Still goalless after 25 minutes at the King Power Stadium.

We want to hear your opinion on whether Tottenham have improved since Harry Redknapp was sacked in 2012.
Muzzer in Colchester: The problem was appointing AVB after Redknapp and expecting too much too soon from a manager with a different playing style. Both AVB and Redknapp could have built great teams if given enough time and support, but the management seem to be only looking for short-term results.
Scott: The football style we played under Redknapp was his best contribution. We played like a real team, a lot more pleasant viewing that at this moment in time.
Tom in Sheffield: It was the poor reinvestment of the Bale money that hurt Tottenham. You would be stupid not to take £80m for any player.
12:34: League Two preview
There are two League Two matches today as four teams catch up the rest who played on Friday.

Has your club changed manager this season? We want to know what difference it has made and why.
Chris Parker: When Gus Poyet took over Sunderland had one point from seven. The fact that we're not mathematically relegated yet is a miracle.
Jordan Paterson: If Sheffield United hadn't sacked David Weir and replaced him with Nigel Clough, we wouldn't have got to the semi-final of the FA Cup and would've been relegated.
12:30: Robbie Savage on Football Focus
Everton v Man Utd (16:10 BST, Sunday)
"I hope David Moyes gets a good reception at Goodison Park on Sunday because he was fantastic for them. Manchester United need to spend £200m in the summer, the squad isn't good enough, and I think there will be two or three teams ahead of them next season.
"Man City will strengthen, Chelsea will buy players and Liverpool, if they win the title, will be able to attract players. It's the biggest summer in United's recent history.
"If Everton do finish fourth, I still think if you're a top, top player and Man United are out of the Champions League for just one season, you still sign for United."

Rob Nicholson: Chelsea winning the Champions League was the biggest killer for Spurs. if they hadn't, then Spurs would look a very different team now.
Hugh Dickinson: re Ollie (12:12): Redknapp was responsible for Spurs having a 13-point lead over Arsenal. One more season and he'd have done it.
Rory: Under Harry we finished fourth twice. Think he would have invested the millions better than AVB.
12:25: Steve Wilson, BBC Match of the Day commentator
Tottenham v Fulham (12:45 BST)
Tottenham v Fulham
"Having won back-to-back games for only the second time this season, Fulham can travel to Tottenham with some hope of making it three wins on the spin, something they last achieved more than two years ago.
"After Spurs, Fulham's last three games are against Hull, Stoke, and Crystal Palace - two wins and two draws would probably keep them safe.
"But Spurs' run-in, with games against Stoke, West Ham and Aston Villa after the Fulham match, gives them the opportunity to hold off Manchester United and to finish in the top six."
12:22: Robbie Savage on Football Focus
Norwich v Liverpool (12:00 BST, Sunday)
Will leaders Liverpool hold their nerve?
"No doubt about it [that Liverpool can win the title]. The home game against Chelsea is key. They will win at Norwich and they just blow teams away in the opening half at home.
"I know Manchester City came back last week, but Liverpool showed great character to get that third goal. And Luis Suarez, for me, is the player of the season, and you've got to give Brendan Rodgers great credit."

Mark Green: I'm sure Tottenham would be in a similar position under Redknapp. Losing Modric and Bale hurt more than losing Redknapp.
Aman Sheth: The Harry Redknapp era will be the best Spurs fan will get for a while now. Levy made a huge, huge mistake.
Ollie: Harry was responsible for us losing a 13-point lead over Arsenal and really struggling. All the love is total selective memory.
12:11: Robbie Fowler, Former Liverpool, Leeds and England striker on Football Focus
Can Manchester City win the title?
"I disagree with what Robbie says that they're out of it. Manchester City have still got half a chance, with the players they've got they're still capable of putting up a challenge."
12:10: Robbie Savage, Football Focus
Can Manchester City win the title?
"If you're a Manchester City fan the quadruple was on not so long ago so for them to just end the season with the League Cup is not acceptable. In general, [Manuel] Pellegrini's squad has massively under achieved and questions will be asked for next season."

Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood said yesterday he did not know his strongest side, and has made one change from the team that drew 3-3 at West Brom as 21-year-old defender Ezekiel Fryers replaces Vlad Chiriches.
Fulham may have beaten Norwich 1-0 in their last game but manager Felix Magath makes five changes. Defender John Arne Riise, along with midfielders William Kvist, Scott Parker, Ashkan Dejagah and Alexander Kacaniklic, replace Sascha Riether, Pajtim Kasami, Mahamadou Diarra and Lewis Holtby. Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp
We asked you if Spurs are any stronger now than when Harry Redknapp left in 2012.
Jules in Cambridge: The best man for the job when Redknapp was sacked? Harry Redknapp! He was on the verge of creating a great Spurs side, look at what Brendan Rodgers has done with some time at Liverpool. Harry got us Champions League, another top-four finish and playing some great football. Changing manager is a risky business.
Michael in London: I think our main problem has been losing [Luka] Modric, [Rafael] Van der Vaart and [Gareth] Bale, the core of the success of Harry's side, and subsequently trying to change too much to quickly with the money made.
11:56: Championship preview
Following Friday's Championship action when Burnley won but were made to wait to secure promotion to the top-flight, there are five games today starting with leaders Leicester hosting play-off bound QPR. The Foxes can't wrap up the title with a win but victory for QPR would all-but secure their play-off spot.
Ipswich will move into the top six if they can win their vital away game at Watford.
It is a key day for two of the bottom three as Barnsley entertain Leeds, while Millwall travel to Middlesbrough. Birmingham are also not guaranteed of avoiding relegation and they visit a Nottingham Forest side that have not won since 11 February, a run of 13 games in all competitions.
Leicester v QPR (12:15 BST), Barnsley v Leeds, Middlesbrough v Millwall, Nottingham Forest v Birmingham, Watford v Ipswich.
11:49: BREAKING TEAM NEWS- Tottenham v Fulham (12:45 BST)
One change for Tottenham from their side that drew 3-3 at West Brom last Saturday with 21-year-old Ezekiel Fryers coming in for Vlad Chiriches.
Tottenham's starting XI: Lloris, Naughton, Kaboul, Fryers, Rose, Lennon, Chadli, Paulinho, Eriksen, Adebayor, Kane.
Scott Parker returns to Fulham's side to play against his former team in one of five changes made by Felix Magath.
Fulham's starting XI: Stockdale; Heitinga, Amorebieta Hangeland, Riise; Kvist, Sidwell, Parker; Dejagah, Rodallega, Kacaniklic.
11:46: Mourinho's masterplan
Where were you on Wednesday evening?
I like to think that Jose Mourinho was sitting in a darkened room in his Stamford Bridge lair cackling to himself like some evil James Bond villain as his plan for world domination took a step closer to coming true.
Jose Mourinho
As Manchester City dropped two points at home to bottom-placed Sunderland, Mourinho's Chelsea side once again became major runners in the title race.
Mind games master Mourinho has been telling everyone that would listen that his side won't win the title. Well, a home win against the Black Cats in today's late game will see the 476th change at the top this season (give or take one or two) and take Chelsea once again back to the summit.
11:44: Another twist in the title race?
But today's Premier League excitement is not just limited to the top of the table. Oh, no.
Top of the Premier League
It is the best title race in years, and, although Liverpool and Manchester City do not play today, there could be another twist at Stamford Bridge this evening.
11:42: Football Focus

So, despite all the upheaval and speculation at White Hart Lane and Craven Cottage, neither side are achieving their targets. Tottenham need huge collapses from both Arsenal and Everton to gain that elusive champions League spot, while Fulham are in grave danger of going down and ending their 12-year stint among England's elite.
So we want to know has your club changed their manager this season and are they better or worse off now for doing so? Is so, how and why? What has changed?
Are Spurs any stronger now than when Harry Redknapp was sacked in June 2012? Tell us the best and worst decisions in football to change a manager. Are owners and chairmen panicking far too quickly or do regular changes keep the players sharp?
You can get involved by leaving a message on Twitter, using the hashtag #bbcfootball, leave a message on the BBC Sport Facebook page or text us on 81111 (UK only).
11:38: Tottenham v Fulham (12:45 BST)
So first up we have Tottenham versus Fulham at White Hart Lane in the lunchtime kick-off. They may be at different ends of the league table but both teams have had turbulent seasons, with nervous boardrooms, anxious supporters and under-performing players.
Andre Villas-Boas may have guided Spurs to their highest Premier League points tally last season, but he only lasted until December before he was replaced with Tim Sherwood, who has had to answer questions about his job security, or lack of it, ever since.
But Fulham have been even worse, hitting the panic button twice already in 2013-14. Martin Jol went in December, and there wasn't much love for Rene Meulensteen, who was sacked on Valentine's Day. Felix Magath has not yet been able to lift them out of the bottom three, although back-to-back wins have at least given them hope of staying up.
11:36: The scrap continues
So who has reason to panic? Vito Mannone's error in throwing in a late equaliser against Manchester City on Wednesday has left Sunderland six points from safety, with a trip to Stamford Bridge to come today.
Bottom of the Premier League
Cardiff will be in serious trouble if they fail to win at home to Stoke, while Fulham will climb out of the bottom three if they beat Spurs today.
Norwich have a horrendous end to the season with games against Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal still to come.
West Brom, Swansea and Aston Villa will still be sweating on their futures, but only the most nervous Hull and West Ham fans will be getting worried about their side. For Crystal Palace and Stoke, it is job done and Premier League survival secured for another season.

11:32: Stressful times
Hello, hope you are well and thank you for joining us for our live text commentary on what promises to be a vital day at the bottom of the Premier League.
Felix Magath
Supporters of seven sides are still sweating on their top-flight survival and five of those teams, including all of the bottom three, are in action today.
Tense? Nervous? Stressed? You should be.
11:30: Time to perform
It is that time of the season when enough is enough.
Your team have been laughing stocks for too long, your star striker has seen too many shots go off for throw-ins and you've had to endure the Monday mickey-taking from your work colleagues after yet another hiding too often.
Time is running out. Now is the chance for your team to show what they can really do. Three sides will drop out of the Premier League in May. By the end of the day, we will have a clearer idea just who those sides will be.
