1)What do John and Zorab love about what they do?
John and Zorab love to cook. They have a good Idea about coming up with a side job which is to teach cooking in other peoples kitchens. What better to love what you do when you can teach it, and share it with other people.

2)What will John and zorab find inspiring about their bussiness?
Both will discover that both oppinions are correct in the fact John stated it clearly when he said "Looks arent important. It's what we do thats important." But John learns that the paperwork needs to be casual.

3)What should John and Zorab's bussiness look like in one year, two years, and five years?
Year 1: In year 1 John and Zorab's bussiness will involve in market reasearch. John and Zorab's will need to reasearch on other companies doing the samething or simular to what they are doing. This insures that John and Zorab have a better strategy when it comes to priceing and etc. 2nd John and Zorab's need to come up with a bussiness plan. Easiest way to do this is to come up with a checklist of what they want and plan to do in the future. Year 2 continueization to come up with bussiness ethics, values and vison and to build on there bussiness plan. By year 5 John and Zorab's company should be blooming if the research and hard work has been put into the bussiness plan.
