This book is about a young boy named Ender Wiggin who has been chosen to go to Battle School and later on fight in the wars against the buggers who are trying to invade and conquer Earth and end humanity. Even though Ender is so young and does not want to leave his family, he is forced to and misses his sister, Valentine very badly. In battle school, he makes some friends as well as enemies and is winning every “game” he enters. Finally, he transfers to Command School and officially becomes a commander of an army and continues to succeed at every “game”. In the last game he plays which is also his graduation test, determines what he has learned throughout these years, Ender wins and ends up killing the buggers and winning the war against them.
