...A Proposal for Trainers to Train Employees to use Microsoft® Office Programs For: ABC Agency 1285 Altama Avenue Brunswick, GA 31520 Submitted by: Ashley Lance Supervisor of the Administrative Division February 9, 2014 A Proposal for Trainers to Train Employees to use Microsoft® Office Programs. DESCRIPTION, PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING I would like for the trainers to teach my staff how to use Microsoft® Office properly and efficiently. We have recently upgraded our software and the staff is not familiar with the changes that have been made. This training will help the staff be able to do multiple projects in a timely manner and look professional. They are having a hard time navigating around the changes in Microsoft® Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. When they learn how to use these properly, it will save them time and make them happier employees. BUDGET & COST ESTIMATES We can currently afford to pay trainers $100-$200 a day for classes. I would prefer for the trainers to be on site to help with any problems but a web conference will also acceptable for a lower price. We would like to have the trainers on site for five days but the class sizes will vary according to the application that is being used. We have the money for training on February 17, 2014. TERMS AND CONDITIONS We already have the programs installed on the employees’ laptops. Most employees will be able to attend the class but I would like to have make-up sessions for employees...
