Laws limit the activities that are not in the best interest of the public. All people have different values and desire different things in life laws act as a way to dispute resolution. Will Duty to Save Environment Ever End? Law as Integrity

...Will Duty to Save Environment Ever End? Law as Integrity Mohammad Mamunur Rashid* Abstract Human rights are not the new concept but due to its serious importance, these have become status of religion in today’s world. People do not respect, sometimes, such rights only because they are protecting themselves. So-called political, commercial or professional interest is first priority of the most people. Land-grabbing illegally, destruction of the trees and greenery environment catastrophically, using pump machine for drawing drinking water from the underground with no hesitation, wastage of natural resources cruelly, enemy behavior with the animals, beasts and other dependant pieces are glaring examples of greedy and selfish tendency of the prudent lives of the universe. These inhuman activities are obliging morally some conscious people to think about its protection. As a result, if any pre-emptive measure for maintaining peace and tranquility is taken all over the world, respecting human rights and humanity is considered as prime concern in such exceptional circumstances. Constitution, national laws and international conventions have accommodated few rights emphatically. ‘Right to life’ is that types of rights. In addition, non-complying with many other rights originated from nature is essential; otherwise, enjoyment of ‘right to life’ would be impossible. Safe environment is one of those significant rights which facilitate us to ensure ‘right to life’. Judiciary, legal...

However, neglecting of protecting the environment while developing manufacturing has already resulted in lots of problems, such as the PM2.5 problem in many major cities, as well as the extreme lack of clean drinking water. On the other hand, concerns over global environmental issues, such as global warming, depletion of the ozone layer, deforestation, loss of biodiversity, trans-boundary movement of acid rain, and hazardous waste, etc., are mounting worldwide. ...made to the environmental science and that have led to a better understanding of the Earth’s environment and our place in it, I have found out a lot of interesting information. I have found how women have made major contributions to the environmental service, boy scouts making contributions and some famous scientists who have made contributions. It was very interesting because I had never known that our environment is so important and that many people have had major impacts on it. I found it very interesting to see how the Boy Scouts of America have made some important contributions to environmental services. Many of the troops engage in trash collection and cleanup projects. They also follow the Leave No Trace laws while on camp-outs and other outdoor activities. These are young boys who care about the environment they live in and do whatever it is to help out. I think it’s so important for younger children to know about our environment. Our generations are becoming so tech savvy that it is unbelievable, instead of children helping out, they are using technology as an excuse that they can’t do any outdoor activities or helping change the environment we live in. Boy Scouts of America have made major contributions dating back to the 1700’s all the way until today. To be honest, I would have never known this if I didn’t do any research. I think it is so important to keep our environment clean and picking up trash for a good cause and it is such an amazing thing that we have people...

The social environment consists of the sum total of a society's beliefs, customs, practices and behaviors. It is to a large extent, a fake construct that can be compared with the natural environment in which we live. Every society has ideas about their own social environment. Some of the customs, beliefs, practices and behaviors are similar across cultures, and some are not. Case 4 Response

...important is caring for the environment compared to profit and economic expansion? Are they equally important, or is one of them more important than the other? Who bears the responsibility for setting environmental policy? (Government, Corporations, Citizens, some other party?) Do businesses have a responsibility to protect the environment above what is required by law? Why or why not? Even if economic growth is the cure for poverty, other economists believe that sound environmental policy is necessary for durable growth, or at least that growth and environmental protection may not be incompatible. Comparing profit and economic expansion, caring for the environment is important because environmental damage can undermine economic productivity. It also causes poverty because some people live at a lower level than others. If environmental controls grow slowly, then not many people will be taken out of poverty by economic development. It seems to be that the government; as well as corporations play a major part with the responsibility for setting the environmental policy. It is proven that one in ten of the area’s factory workers had a low blood cell count, a possible precursor to leukemia. Also infant mortality is 10 percent higher there than in the region as a whole, there have nearly been 13,000 cases of respiratory disease were reported in a recent year as well.
