Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE or EE) refers to the swelling of the esophagus (muscular tube connecting

the throat with the stomach). It is a swallowing disorder cause by allergic reaction usually triggered by

food (sometimes it is triggered by environment). EoE affects the child’s ability to eat that results to
