The character that I found the most intriguing was Kristen Hammersmith's. Kristen's postion was on a multiple level. Kristen was promoted to manager when one of her biggest challenges presented itself just two months later. Kristen had to squeeze a six week task into two weeks, while telling her team that they needed to cancel there Christmas vacation. Also, Kristen had Christmas plans with her mother and was expected to be in Barcelona, Spain during Christmas. Kristen will need to come up with several bad news messages to deliver.
