I have been working as a Project Manager for a bit over 2 years now with the DNR Bureau of Law Enforcement. During these years my roles have been mixed - on most projects(if not all) I serve as the PM and/or Project Lead, and often times depending on the project I also help with some programming/developing.
I have worked on many IT related projects or project where the solution is IT related – Have worked on a broad range on projects, from the DNR Website Redesign in 2011-12, to Lean Six Sigma Projects, to .Net applications as well as mobile apps with thousands of users – I have been involved and managed projects with a broad range of users. i.e General Public, Credentialed Officers, Managers, Supervisors, Administrators, Secretary’s office, and others.
I have served as the lead/PM for projects containing 3-10 staff members.
