COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is designed to equip students with the requisite skills to function effectively in the workplace. The course covers basic grammar, the organization and documentation of meetings, proposal and report writing and it seeks to develop verbal and non- verbal skills in the individual students.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES
At the end of this course students should be able to: 1. Understand the role of communication in the business environment. 2. Produce a variety of business documents required for successful communication in the workplace. 3. Effectively prepare for the employment process 4. Communicate effectively at business meetings. 5. Acquire improved interpersonal and organizational skills to function in the workplace.

INTRODUCTION TO COMMUNICATION IN ORGANISATIONS

UNIT THREE
COMMUNICATION AND THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
Specific Objectives
At the end of this unit, students should be able to: 1. Develop an awareness of the interview process 2. Complete all documents in
