He is supplemented Slow K1 and a multivitamin to prevent and treat malnutrition. On a social level, Ferdinand has many aspects in his life which make it difficult to interact in society. He is a widower still suffering grief from his losses and therefore does not wish to remarry; he is of a different culture with language barriers; he is retired so does not socialize at work; he is under financial strain so cannot afford to go out and socialize and his ill health causes pain which makes mobility and ADL’s difficult.
