Description of the business
This is a Sole Proprietorship also a Partnership company and a Tertiary sector (service sector). This business name will be known as Charlie’s Auto Parts Suppliers and Car Accessories. It will provide a wide variety of car parts and accessories that will be known to unmatched by our competitors. We will offer a well trusted line of premium quality parts at great deals. “We guarantee quality that fits with your car parts or accessories needs”. The mission of the business is to be known as the leader in Antigua on a daily basis as a trusted, reliable supplier of premium quality replacement auto parts and accessories.

Selection of appropriate labor
This company will require both skilled and unskilled employees. There will be at-least five (5) to seven (7) employees, the two (2) mechanics who is the skilled employees will require to have this basic proficiency in Mathematics and English and three (3) years of training and experience as an Auto repair technician. The Unskilled employees such as the three (3) sale clerks and the other two (2) cashiers must also have a basic proficiency in Maths and English as sales personnel; also they must have training in dealing with customers.

Sources of fixed & working capital
Establishing a new business as expanding or existing one, an entrepreneur gets a loan to finance the purchases of fixed assets. One source of fixed capital is getting a loan. Working capital is the day to day finance needed for running a business. This capital will be used to pay bills, fuels, wages and rent.

Type of production
This business will be engaged in tertiary production. The tertiary sector is also known as the service sector. It can be seen as the link between manufacturers. Also this type of production is where goods are produced and manufactured to be sold.

Levels of production
The level of production that the business will engage in is domestic. This level of production is the level where the production of goods and services are for the family and country (domestically). It also refers to what is produced locally. This level of production is also not involved in import of goods from foreign countries.

Used of technology
Technology is normally used in a business to help make it more efficient and to help give the business an advantage over it competitors. Two types of technology which will be used is internet technology which will be used to check on orders also this business will have accessories websites which will show products that are available for sale. Charlie’s Auto Parts Suppliers and Car Accessories will also be embracing the concept of online ordering which makes it easier to look up prices and check parts availability. The business will also implement a point of sales system that will allow for inventory control and sales control. All items will be specially labelled and will give a sales report at the end of each day operations.

Backward linkage
Charlie’s Auto parts suppliers and car accessories industries in Antigua & Barbuda is a form of backward linkage within the use of foreign manufactures such as Toyota, Honda, and Nissan. These industries receive parts from foreign countries such as Japan, China, USA and the Caribbean such as (Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana & Barbados).

Executive summary
Dr. Keyon.R.A.G.Charles whose is the sole proprietor of Charlie’s auto parts suppliers and car accessories store which offers good quality parts at a low price. Located in lower, All Saints Road opposite “The town house & mega store”, in a green and yellow wall building. This business has a targeted market is for everyone who has dreams to fulfill in making their vehicles the way they want it to look.
