This decision it’s not necessarily the best for the company, but it is for himself he can find inner peace because Saia knows he did the right thing at the end. On the drama we use Saia to represent the generic form of dissent with gathering more information about the problem with LaRue maybe he can help him make the chip safer. Saia consulted with LaRue this idea but Saia was not committed to help LaRue to skip more chips. He needed a way to make more chips without putting on risk the life of other people. Frank Saia applied different etchics test on this dramatization. Saia used reversibility test he knew what kinds of problems this could form through time. He used the Harm test, finding a way to create the chip less harmful without costing production time. Finally the publicity test where Saia thinks of calling company and tell them the problem about their production test and the dangers that can occur so he can prevent the usage of this chips. The values that are conflicted in this drama are honesty, integrity, loyalty. We chose these three as the most conflicted values in Frank Saia character.
